Joselito Guinto Vans are timeless. You can wear them at any age for any occasion. They are very durable for the most part, depending on what you use them for. They are also a lot cheaper than Nike's and come in a wider range of colors. If you are transitioning from Nike's to Vans I usually recommend visiting your local Vans store and trying a couple of pairs on to get the best fit. Everyone has a different fit when it comes to shoes. Personally I think Nike's run smaller than Vans, so id either suggest ordering the same size or half a size down from what you wear in Nike's. Hope this helps.

Those are pretty old, you definitely wont be able to find those at any Vans Retail store, and you probably won't be able to find them at the Vans Outlets, but you never know. I would try searching eBay, and if not that, try Google, see if any other skate shops still have a couple pairs left. Just search, "Vans Era 59 C&L Gingerbread Camo"
Not exactly sure what you mean by that. But always clean your shoes after you rock them. Keep those little bead bags that keep your shoes fresh and keep moisture out, in the shoe boxes. You can also buy plastic containers to keep your shoes in.
