Fantastic interview. I can relate to everything that was said in this video personally.
I very much appreciate the fact that there are young people out there who have a pure conscience. It seems so many influencers sell their soul for money to the devil and misguided followers of all ages.
It is this moral integrity that makes the world a better place.
Thank you for sharing this. 🙏

I found this interview incredibly insightful, especially the reminder to focus on creating valuable, shareable content rather than getting too caught up in chasing viral moments on Instagram. It's refreshing to see that even as people grow their audiences, they remain committed to their principles, avoiding the temptation to endorse products unrelated to their values just for profit. This interview is a must-watch for any business owner or content creator.

Awesome! I appreciate Adam's comments about the usefulness of being polarizing. I have been thinking about this lately because at the core of my understanding of pain and movement impairments, I have a very different worldview and solutions that contradict the injury-centric medical paradigm. I'm thinking I should lean into that disruptive message more. Thanks for the great interview!

You can cut out all the crap out of your diet, but will only manage to arrive at the realization (and sadly only 10-15 years down the road from now) that the biggest inflammatory thing to eliminate out of daily life for good is social media itself, in all of its shapes and forms. We’re only at the beginning. The real aftermath and hit to your mental wellness will be served to you around 2040, much in the same way we got our short attention span generation 20 yrs after MTV debuted. Good luck!
