Thanks for this really enjoyed it. Lived in D*G all my life, raised in Portwilliam, lived in Wigtown, Kirkcowan, Newton Stewart and now live in Dumfries. Great to see this tour of the region!

Thank You for sharing your adventure with us. Wonder filled scenery, music and culture. The area you covered was home to many of my ancestors and your film just helps me to wonder.
Thanks for the rour, I was born in Dalbeattie in 1950 left in 59 never been back but is on my to do list soon. Remembered the bridge and Sunday school outings to sandy hills beautiful beach there I remember.
What a cracking video and very informative you fair coverd the ground there we tend to go down to Dumfries and galloway now as a lot quieter and good 👍🏴
Your accent is amazing.. My surname is Irwin, but ( i am by DNA a Bell related to Redcloak of Blackethouse tower) got to Dumfries in 2017, the local history society was closed for the Christmas hols
Thankyou for your video. Just beginning to research our trip for later in the year. Your video was really helpful in the planning of our itinerary. Just subscribed to your channel.
Very nice memories of home. Just rather disappointed you looked at Gretna, Pwofoot, and missed out Annan, which I was hoping you might have visited, considering its association with WW1 & 2 munitions production and engineering.
Hi, we were away for 5 days wild camping and travelled the region in order of video, only had one decent day of weather, great area to visit, plenty park ups etc, just your luck with the weather 👍❤️
Camper vans are a dirty word now .The camper community doesn’t respect the land or people. Not accusing you personally but there’s plenty guilty culprits out there.
Understand what your saying, we see plenty of disrespectful vanlifers on our travels, I have been very tempted to video them and name and shame their reg numbers 👍❤️

Howdy, that's a shame about being closed, would have been very interesting. The dumfries and Galloway area is full of surprises 👍❤️
