I'm not comfortable with the absence of osimhen and troost ekong. This duo are leaders in the defence and up front. In our last two friendly matches against ghana and mali, the defence line was weak without ekong and we couldnt stream accurate passes and hold good possession in the midfield. My advice is for the eagles to play massive defense and counter attack them occassionally. We need to avoid pressure at our defence line. The strength of the south africans is in the midfield. Once that midfield is choked, they cannot function very well. We need to stop them from scoring us at home. I believe we have what it takes up front to score them. Once we get a good result here, we can manage up in the return leg in south Africa.
