If you take this to higher levels, replace viral to corrosive and use nourish for viral procs. Not sure how well this fairs after the status rework but im sure its just as good if not better than before. Also 2nd evolution is kind of useless so you can change it to anything :)

If you don't have a riven you can replace it with Hammer Shot and you will still get similar results 🤧 Note: this was pre patch before status rework so there are plenty of other styles of builds you could go with but this build is still viable and can be used

Hunter munition still good? I thought slash proc getting nerfed? I replace mine with the cannonade mod cuz it add 240% dmg.

This was a build from pre patch but it still works perfectly fine, enemies just have a bit more health than before. If you're doing base sp level content, then your option is better for sure. If you do endurance runs, slash is still very helpful. Hope this helps 👍

@@CryZii777 slash isnt really needed for endurance tho, if anything its a bit worse since its slower to kill against much harder hitting enemies. Capped armor makes super high level enemies not much harder to kill then base SP enemies, just more health now instead of more health and armor. Just pumping as much raw damage through viral corrosive heat is super strong overall now and slash has become way less valuable due to increased enemy hp, and harder to justify it when it feels considerably weaker against corpus and infested now

@@PrimedLaundrySauce yea agreed tbh it just depends on setups. This is more latron only focused but if u run nourish u can swap viral to corro and do other setups etc. But i do agree slash in general has been nerfed. this was made pre patch tho so ill make an updated one soon :)

So bad... Build Latron through slash, ignoring its main feature, armor removal, and even kill with a damage type, without killing with a slash. Just stupid. I’m silent about the lack of augment of latron, there’s nothing even to say here.

There's no need to armor strip with it due to there being a lot of other ways to efficiently armor strip. I could make another build showcasing it's armor strip feature though 😁

I use pretty much the same build and still shred through everything, why armor strip if you 1/2 tap lol

@@crimson1763 Armor strip will help remove the armor of stalkers, angels and anyone else, freeing up your operator school or helminth skill. But here’s a counter question for you, if everything dies in 1-2 shots, why use unstable Hunter Munitions, which even before were a bad idea, and now are generally useless relative to all other damage in the game? As a result, the Latron turns from a good weapon into garbage with a build for Acceltra, which is 4 years old, very relevant and useful lol

@@Kenflesh24 i get your point but both builds work fine. I prefer slash build and armor strip with pillage if i really need to
