I'd assume you're probably the one not too familiar with English if you're relying on literal definitions/translations without consideration of the context, and also if you're unfamiliar with this use of hag which has been a thing for a couple years now, some of the oldest being a bunch of Marine clips 4-5 years ago.

Who the heck goes to a drive thru, put in an order, and then drive off without paying & taking their order in real life? In the real world, the car line just gets to the point where it goes onto the street and blocks traffic and causes the Police to show up & fine the establishment. Would also stop customers from parking to eat inside. IMO this should be something the Devs should fix, instead of being lazy by making customers unrealistically drive off without their orders.

If they wanted to challenge speed, they should add a time clock to the Drive-Thru (like, what actual fast food drive-thrus have) and you start taking reputation penalties for every car in the drive-thru for exceeding the time limit. Additionally it should cause the Cops to show up and Ticket the Establishment should the Car line start backing down the street, while preventing new customers from coming into the lobby because they can’t park. It’s a game, but it’s also a simulator. It’s still in EA, so they can still implement major changes.
Well, there is a difficulty setting in the game. Not sure if the girls are playing in a harder difficulty but, I'm pretty sure it's on purpose. Not every simulator game has to be one to one to real life. At the end, it's a videogame and there has to be some challenge. If you don't like it, go to an easier difficulty.
Making the customer leave early in harder difficulty is just like lazy dev game where they just make the enemy hit harder instead of being smarter in harder difficulty.
