I did get it to work after the video. I did 3 shims and let it heat up 2 cycles. Foiled fine.

If you laminate your shims, they last longer.

Good to know my Go Press & Foil will work in case my Lifestyle Crafts Letterpress wears out. Did you hear American Crafts/We R Makers is coming out with an 8.5" MINC?

Just saw WRM''s new tool presentation and my spidey sense says the 8.5" MINC is a laminator because I didn't see any heat setting buttons. I posted a question on WRM's TH-cam channel asking how many rollers and if there were settings for different substrates. I'm hoping WRM will respond. If the new MINC is truly a laminator, that's a shame because WRM indicated the 8.5" MINC is an addition to the MINC line and is for people wanting a MINC greater than the Heidi Swapp 6" but less than the Heidi Swapp 12".

I have a question: How does the Betterpress compare to the size of the Go Press and Foil in terms of width? I have the original Cuttlebug and know the Go Press and Foil goes through just fine. Just wondering if it will fit in the machine I have if I do purchase it. Thanks!

I was told the Glimmer should fit in the cuttlebug, so theoretically the Betterpress should fit too. But I would check the Spellbinders page for compatibility

So she tried and neither the Glimmer or Betterpress fit. They are just slightly too wide to fit. Sorry :(
