One of the best resin ocean works I have seen, lots of movement, beautifully appropriate colours..great lacing with casting craft white...love the craft sand too. A very beautiful piece indeed. I live near the beach in Oz...so I hear you!!! Thank you for the video.

Mary Frances McKnight Glad to hear you enjoy this Resin. Have you had any issues with it turning yellow? Someone mentioned it and it concerned me but I haven’t experienced anything yet. Glad I inspired you. ❤️
No yellowing so far that I've seen. I like the work time and the time it cures. I completed a beach painting after watching your video and will be putting it on display tomorrow. Thanks again for the inspiration.
WOW beautiful to read. So glad I am helping to influence your Resin and the way you work with it. Care to share? I am going to check out you pieces if you have them on your channel. Enjoy your day ❤️
Rustie K Hi Rustie! I don't know if your on fb but Myriam of Myriam's Nature has a really lovely group called "Our Creative Nature." If you join the group you could post a picture there.♡
Nadara Wortham Nadara Wortham OMG those cups. I love Myriam’s with a Y nature even more. I am going to show a little video showing how it just pops out. All of the resin, non of he fuss even with colour added. Her recommendation has save me lots of clear up time. I bought 12 cups so I can use per colour and not just clear. Amazing. I will add the ones I bought to the description on the quick video I will make.
This is so beautiful I love the detail in the painting underneath it helped to creates beautiful depth! I never pay much attention to what’s underneath but now I know😍
Wandering Art the detail and the underneath I believe (as I Master Resin so still learning). The depth and base can make the piece pop. Glad you enjoyed ❤️
I love how realistic the waves crashing on the beach look. This is an amazing piece. Just a heads up, I've worked with Amazing Clear Cast and it does yellow. It's so not fair 😪 Hope the heat wave isn't too bad 🌊
CrazyNCali thanks for the heads up of the yellowing. Was it the Aluminate one? That’s a bit scary and not nice. Thankyou for you comment, watching and enjoying he waves.
Sharon Lindley - Vividdays yes, it's the amazing clear cast by alumilite. It will take 6 months to a year (from my experience) but you will be able to tell. You're a joy to watch, I'll continue 😊
You do incredible work. But I want to make a suggestion. Because I'm not a very experienced painter I may be alone in my thinking. It's great how you listed all your paint colors. And I honestly prefer how the video is in fast motion. But it would be great if when you apply a new color if you added a caption or something telling us which color you are applying. I haven't bought the colors yet so it might be obvious when I do. Just wanted to throw that out there
Firstly thank you so much for watching and your details feedback which I value. I do have a tutorial on these colours where I talk through which colour I am adding and why. For my oceans I always tend to work with the same colours as it’s what I connect with for Australia. For my videos though I will look as adding some specifics information at editing. Thanks you so much and good luck with your train journey. It’s such a rewarding medium to explore. After you watch the tutorial if you have any more question let me know. Many thanks 😎
I'm a serious penny pincher. I've never done resin stuff before. But I see from the links how expensive the stuff is. How much of the resin did you use in this one painting? I'm trying to figure out how much I need to buy to make five of them
Use the resin calculator Art Resin on line. It lets you know the quantity or resin needed for the size of your canvas or board. It’s a great starting point until your get used to it. Amount of layers depends on the depth of effects you want. Start small I would advise to start with ❤️
Not essential but it’s my preferred process as you need to seal your canvas. I also use it for depth as resin and be transparent. But you can choose your preferred method ❤️
HI I love this video and the work, it says to click on the description to see the products used. I may be dim here but I cant find this or anything which suggests it may lead to the list , can anyone help please

Wow! This is the first piece I have seen that looks so realistic. You nailed it! Thank you so much for sharing your talents! You have won over a new subscriber! I would like to purchase the cups you use, but it says they don’t deliver to the United States. Is there another source for these cups? Thank you again!
Sharon Lindley - Vividdays Hi Sharon, yes, I did find the cups and have received the 500mm one and am waiting for the little ones. I learned so much from your video. I have my sand, shells, and sparkly gems. I am searching high and low for something like you have to paint over, but haven’t had much luck. I am searching thrift stores. There is one option. Do you think pouring on a chalk board would work? Maybe prime it first? Thanks for your response and sharing your amazing talents. Xoxo
You have to take into consideration if it will tolerate Fluid and Heat with out warping. Also it there are lots of pore it will release too many bubble. Never work on one myself yet so no idea. MDF is ideal when primed, we have load this way in cheap house shops. Good luck and glad you found some silicone cups. Nice to read you are prepared. Let me know if you have any other questions.

@@SharonLindleyVividDaysArt I have a source directly from China and purchased 10 cups (100ml) for $.86/ea. Yea! I received them along with a large silicone pouring cup and I'm ready. Hello I use white casting craft in Resin. it’s beautiful for the white foam. Hope that helps 🤪
@@SharonLindleyVividDaysArt nice piece. Can I know what ratio of castin craft to resin you use?
Less than 5% you hardly need any, just enough to colour your resin white. Hope that helps ❤️

one question- if u wanna do another layer on it do u have to wait for it to dry or just do it on wet?
mansi bisht totally dry for the base acrylic before I add my Resin with acrylic mixed in.
