Breaking my heart to see them crying 😢 😭. I grew up in a family that hides emotions. If someone was going to cry, it was in your pillow or locked in the bathroom. It is probably healthier to let it all out in the open.
We have always been very open with feelings; it helps the kids heal from their trauma much easier. ❤
