Thank you for the video great!! I see you went prepared. Any comment on what you took that was essential and what you did not touch? the spare tyres, extra fuel cans? etc...
Philip Craig
Hi Philip, spare tyres was essential, never used fuel cans (exept) for cooking, but I have a big fuel tank. The other cans was water for making some food now and then😊
Hallo Knut, ein typisch italienischer Name :-D
Soooviel Gegend. Vielen Dank für die Eindrücke.
Hallo Lutzi, thanks for watching! Ja, ein typisch italienischer name ;-), but as you can see from the flag on the bike, I'm actually Norwegian, but living in Italy.
Hej hej Knut,
Having lived in sweden back in the 90's for half a year, I'd like to response in swedish: Tack så mycket och ha det bra!

I'm VERY envious. How did you get by for language? Would basic Russian be enough?
congratulations! I want to do this trip with my wife! was there many off-roading sections that were difficult with a big bike?
Hi Lautaro,
I have to say that, we where very lucky. In those countrys it depends on the weather, the roads can be "fairly good ", or impossible to ride.
As I said, we, where lucky, but other people I know, had to put the bike on a truck, wait for a bridge to be rebuilt ecc.
But don't be afraid, in one way, or another , you'll be able to solve the problems as the come. People are very friendly and helpful , and, it's a beautyful country.
Have a Nice travel!!
Knut
Che moto hai usato?
Excellent video. I am planning mid May 2017, what was the weather like and when did you go on the Pamir? thanks Tim
Hi Tim,
we had really good weather, but I think we were very lucky, just a few days later, it was snowing.
the period was mid July.
If you decide to go, have a great time! It's a beautiful place.
All the best
Knut
thanks for replying. We will go.!
shake767, where are you from? You think to do this trip by moto?
Hi Hugh,
language was really not a problem, we don't speak Russian at all, so you should be very well equipped.
Welcome to the Tajikistan.
wowwwwww !!!!! (nico )
Bravi, come viaggiare con Voi,grazie.
Does anyone know the name of the song that starts at 11:06? I would be very appreciative.
Hi, I don't know the exact name, it's from the movie " Springbringer_ Songs from the world of new nature" by Jukka Eronen.
As to my knowledge, he is also the composer.

I GUESS I COULDNT TAKE MY OLD FORD TRUCK DAT A WAY...
ragazzi buongiorno.
Buonviaggio!! Merita!!
who is the very last song?....plzz
Sorry you had to wait so long. I'm not quite sure, but i think the name is:Pamir ahunik.
You'll find it here: pamir tajik music pamir ahunik
