at 5:30 someone said that what she does feels like palm reading.... (this isn't what she does. She's a pastor) at 8:20 someone said they don't see God give people profitable dreams.... (profitable doesn't have to always to with money, the bible says, "what does it profit a man," or "profitable for teaching.") at 9:50 someone said they're skeptical of people like this... (watch her sermons... read her books.... this moment isn't the totality of who she is) at 12:08 someone said, "someone professionally doing it seems strange." (She's not doing this professionally. She's a pastor.) Much love everyone. Let's please do more research on people before we do think pieces like this and speak about them. Though the intention is there a lot of it can come across as misinformed and gossipy.
I concur. I've fallen back from some churches that seem more geared towards inspirational vs doctrine & despite this being something I observe at the church she pastors, I'm always drawn to her & feel spiritually filled. However, I notice a lot of Christian content folks be on here judging other Christians saying they're "warning" folks but they're really gossiping. I'm still in the 1st few mins, so idk what direction this is going in yet but I appreciate this comment because Stephanie is a great pastor who teaches, she doesn't whoop & holler & has lots of free content online regarding dreams. To my knowledge, she has a book about dreams & every author writes a book & profit comes from that. If she is prophesying for profit, I've not seen this & I often attend the physical church she pastors. Also, prophesying & dream interpretation is biblical. Psychics are usually sought out whereas prophecy is something God-given & thus the prophet seeks out the intended person YHWH wants him/her to deliver. I do agree, however, the prophets are sketchy but she literally preaches & if God gives her a word, mid-sentence she'll stop & pray that they be revealed. She speaks the vision about that person & then they come fwd & she speaks over them & the church prays together over them.
Careful with “she’s a pastor” as if that means she wouldn’t be into palm reading. Some pastors are into all kinds of things beyond Jesus and the Gospel. I’m not speaking against Stephanie here. I bring this up because a college friend’s grandfather was a very early bishop in the apostolic church. He used tarot cards for prophecies and words of knowledge. This friend was taught to read the cards by the family members that passed on the skill. And they are still pastors teaching in Christian churches.
The Holy Spirit will teach you if you allow him To through (instructors) the Bible talks about dream interpreters for a reason - if that was the case everyone who had dreams the Holy Spirit should have been taught them ? So why don’t they know for themselves ? But there are risks in sharing dreams with others--we see what happened to Joseph as a result of him sharing. For me, I DO NOT know of (many) nor TRUST my dreams to people due to their lack of Word investment--Too many Christians nowaday don’t seem to be interested in the deeper things of God. Absolutely. I've prayed and fasted and asked for confirmation on two subjects in particular and those two nights I received confirmation and some knowledge from God. It's always a good idea to test the spirit and see if it aligns with God's word.
It actually saved the whole word at that time. Because the bible says that other countries aside Israel came to by food from Egypt. Also, God warned Jesus Father in dreams and the wise men too.
Something just dropped in me. Just because you can't see stars does not mean they don't shine. If you go outside at night, you can't see the stars because it's overshadowed by the artificial light. But if you go to the right location, the night sky looks like glitter. This is how I feel about prophecy. There are many true prophets but they are overshadowed by those who pervert the gifts. Discernment is so important. And God speaks to all of us but we must know and obey his voice. We can find God in his word.
In the last days, we already know prophesying, visions and dreams will increase because The LORD has already spoken and said He WILL pour out His spirit upon all flesh. We can deny or question all we want but He already said there will be an increase in the supernatural in these ways and that He’s going to do it. If He said it, we can count on it. We ask for His wisdom to discern and understand.
I am a dreamer. If I dream about it, it comes to pass. Since a child. Gifts come without repentance. I believe, I can open myself to the holy Spirit or open my gift to demons and allow them to work through me. I know when something is revealed to me, I have to pray for that person or rebuke it. Some dreams are clean and others have to be revealed to me. I thank God that he has entrusted me with his gift. I am spiritually sensitive. I have to be careful of what I watch and listen to or I will experience demonic activity.

I think y’all should look into her videos where she’s warning people about witchcraft and talking about attacks from satan; things like that. A lot of people don’t really speak on the spiritual realm
Americans, by and large, aren’t familiar with witchcraft and I’d dare say most don’t think it has any influence over our lives in the US. I think America, if it acknowledges witchcraft at all, thinks witchcraft happens in other places around the world, in primitive forms or in “voodoo” etc but it not happening daily in the major flows of culture in American life. We are very deceived in America by its packaging. Witchcraft is real.
In the US, we have no clue about wìtchcraft (which is also why we play around in it with Hallloween and have made that a whole billion dollar industry with “cute” decorations and worship and wìtchcraft “entertainment” literally called “WICKED.” It’s in our face and we’re so blind because we think it’s in other parts of the world where they’re “primitive” ....where they’re “unsophisticated.” That realm is playing in 🇺🇸‘s face

Watching this has reminded me of something. A short personal testimony. I watched a youtube video on the meaning of sexual dreams and how the enemy uses them to get you hooked on lust. Had one recently and woke up feeling like i didnt want to read the word or listen to anything Godly. A few minutes later, the holy spirit reminded me of the video i watched earlier on sexual dreams. I started to pray and those feelings went away. I thank God for that.

If he was the one who said he’s not into the “spooky stuff” of the Bible, the Bible would be impossible for him to understand since the “spooky stuff” literally is the Bible. Literally, about a third of The Word is prophesy and much of the Bible from Genesis to Revelation takes place in the spirit. It’s not possible to believe the Bible/and Jesus and to call oneself “Christian” while throwing our the “spooky stuff” since The GOD of the Bible is literally spirit with The Son becoming flesh for us and walking the earth for those few years then returning to Heaven as spirit. However, like any talented and Spirit-filled Christian, the enemy will do anything to fight against the kingdom of Jesus. I wish you would invite her to your show. She's a fabulous woman of God. I've been listening to her for years and I believe she's solid and sound in God's word. Please invite her! I think because of her experiences and background with the Lord, we sometimes can be critical of what we're not familiar and I get it. But the Bible teaches, "Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God..." So, I think we owe it to ourselves to do that to be better informed and let the Holy Spirit bring us to a conclusion.
Please invite her! I have been listening to Pastor Stephanie's sermons for years. Since childhood, I have had dreams that felt so real that I thought I was awake. Some I could not make sense of and others would later occur. When I was a teenager, a pastor told me I was a prophetess (he did not know anything about my dreams) and I did not know what that meant at the time. As I got older and grew in faith I knew that I had to be having these dreams for a reason and I would pray about it often. Listening to Pastor Stephanie, I learned a lot about how God uses dreams, how to seek after him so that I can gain an understanding of the dreams and His purpose for them so that I can be a vessel that He can use.
People fail to realize that some people do have that gift to see things before they happen or can feel the energy of a person and speak what you feel is coming from their energy. I was able to see and feel everything in the process of my mother’s passing 3 weeks before she passed and everything I saw was spot on. I kept seeing her in my dreams in a casket from the looks of the casket, her hair, outfit & everything. When she passed I bought everything that I saw in that dream, it was like everything was jumping out at me without me having to really search for it.
I would encourage y’all to do more research on Stephanie Ike Okafor and truly examine her fruit. She speaks consistently about ways believers can hear from God themselves. Also, some people in the comments need to study Jesus’ miracles and Acts and Corinthians. Gifts are supposed to increase the faith of the believer, but signs and prophecies should not be the only thing believers are seeking.
Well said, i think this shows that sometimes people dont take in all of the bible and think they have further understanding than others but this video kinda exposed some stuff about us as Christians. We need to really study scripture and ask is she saying false or true and test is this the holy spirit or is this the enemy.
I didn't learn about gifts until I started going to church in the south. But I always had dreams but didn't know what that was. I had a friend in church who understood my gifts better than me and would always ask me what did I dream. I told my pastor at the time about a dream I had of a member of the church and it was true. I had no relationship with that member and the pastor told me every time I have a dream let her know. Thank God I use it from God's glory and not for myself or try to make money by reading palms or opening myself up to demons to use me.
@@sonyablessed Just my opinion here but my opinions have been on experience. The two things that I’m concerned with is: 1. Where’s there ever women pastors in the Bible? 2. Don’t we all dream? The Bible talks about gifts of the Spirit and dreams is not one of them. Yes, there are examples in the Bible of certain people having dreams and those dreams coming to pass but those dreams were pertaining to God’s plan for Jesus, Israel and those plans were confirmed by legit prophets. The scripture says “You will know them by their fruit.” Pastor Ike has very good fruit so far. Additionally, she offers the Words of knowledge; she never asks for payment for the Word. Be careful of those that want money for the prophesy because if God has given the Word, your job is to get that Word to his child. Period.
I'm someone who has a lot of dreams. I got caught up with them, that I lost my focus on Jesus. Honestly, the things God was showing me got to my head and I started fixating on them. One day, the dreams stopped. I thought I was being punished, I thought I had sinned, or I had done something to offend God. God showed me that dreams can't lead my sense of assurance in him. He also showed me that his word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path, "not dreams" or "visions". It's important that we become biblical literate, so we can discern dreams correctly or at least put them in its proper place. We have become increasingly enamored with signs and gifts and we need to tread carefully with this. Matt 16:4. We need to examine ourselves to see if we're in the faith. Are we after the razzle dazzle that can comes with Jesus or the are we genuinely pursuing the person of Jesus?
Everything you said is so on point. Same thing happened to me, I was having dreams all the time and I would spend hours trying to decode the meaning by praying and reading the Bible. I didn’t realize it took my focus away from Jesus, from the gospel
I personally feel like this whole podcast is full with baby Christians. I believe that everyone lacks knowledge from the Bible and they haven’t studied the word. It’s giving, “I go with what I hear in church and not what I’ve studied.” I also feel like they’re ignorant about the spiritual realm and they have scales and their spiritual ears and eyes because they use so much terminology from a secular point of view. Lastly, I keep hearing, “I feel” but there’s a lack of, “I can discern.” Before anyone tries to test someone’s fruit, they need to test their own.
What do you mean by the spiritual realm? This term means different things to different people. We cannot test our own fruit, only those who have fully surrendered to God by an obedient and meek life will be given this ability. It accompanies the promise found in Acts 5:32, the Holy Spirit/Ghost has to abide in the heart. Obedience though a loving connection with Jesus Christ is how we enter heaven A large class of professed Christians will never experience true surrender and therefore miss heaven. Our characters have to reflect Christ. Colossians 1:27. Christ living in the heart 24/7 is the only way.
@ I don’t think the spiritual realm means different things to different people. Different people interact with different parts of the spiritual realm. For example, a witch and a Christian both know what demons are, but how they view demons are different because of where they stand. They’re either with the kingdom of light or darkness. It’s one realm, but different stances. And when I say test your fruits, I’m basically saying you need to reflect on your actions while on your walk with Christ. Are you quoting scripture from which you’ve heard or from which you’ve read and who’s to say that your interpretation is correct if you aren’t in fellowship with people who are on a fruitful walk with Christ. (This question isn’t directed to you.) And yes, professed Christians will in fact miss heaven because they do not know Jesus, but to those who have believe that Jesus died and rose again and confess that he is Lord, will receive salvation according to John 14:6, Ephesians 2:8, John 3:6, 2 Corinthians 5:17 and Romans 6:4. We are no longer slaves to sin once we declare that Jesus is Lord. And by no means is your walk with Christ going to be linear. That’s the whole point of sanctification. (Living your life to be more like Christ.) And God isn’t a man who lies, so yes, when you’re on your walk with Christ you will receive what God promised in Acts 5:32.

Ive seen ministries emphasize the prophetic, talk about dreams and alllll of what they were saying seemed to line up with Bible… but the gospel of salvation wasn’t emphasized and the line between the Old Testament and New Testament was blurred. Some of these ministries seemed very very anointed and they would even warn against other false ministries and against witchcraft. For anyone who’s following these prophetic ministries, keep your eyes on Jesus, the cross and understand that we are in the New Testament, not the old. Some of these prophetic ministries will share some truths about spiritual realm and subtly lead you astray where Jesus isn’t the focal point anymore. Stay prayed up against deception.
I agree when one of the guys said that what she was sharing may be for more mature believers, but if God led her in that direction, then she's simply following God's instructions.
Let me add. Joseph didnt tell his brothers what the dream MEANT. He told them what he saw. THEY interpreted the dream. That is. There was a family ability to see and understand what dreams meant. He didnt predict the harm they would cause. True.

I am not sure how reasonable it is to think a panel will go into their testimony all the time. I think it depends on what TH-cam will allow. Also they have to be mindful because everyone is not comfortable with possibly hearing their testimonies. I think they are trying to respect everyone.
I encourage everyone to read the book she wrote and watch some of her messages. The BC podcast she was on was to promote the book that opens believers to the understanding of dreams and visions. If we are not careful, ignorance will have you confused. 🙏🏽
We don't have to fear or be skeptical of things that God has put in place to benefit us. We just need to be educated concerning them. Jesus in Matthew 7, in essence, tells us to consider the source and check the fruit when it comes to determining the real and the false. That which is real is going to lead us towards life in Christ, holiness, and righteousness. The false is going to point towards that which opposes life in Christ, holiness, and righteousness.

I think that this was a fruitful conversation and I appreciate the fact that you all had it. There are instances in the Bible where and they were more than just warnings. For instance consider the dream that Solomon had where God asked Him what he wanted and Solomon ask for wisdom. As a dreamer myself I know and believe that God can and will speak to us about any topic whether that's correction inspiration, encouragement or warning that He so chooses. It's just how He decides to move in his sovereignty, omniscience and omnipotence. I don't really think we can put God In A Box in terms of how he might communicate with us and dreams or prophecy.

Yes he fell and his power was corrupted. The enemy has tricked people into the fact that he doesn't exist and that's his biggest flex. There is super natural capabilities in the kingdom of darkness (that is why witchcraft and occultism is currently the rise) but not the ability to create. That is why the magicians/sorcerer's told the Pharoah of that time that it was the finger of God when Moses struck the dust and flies were created during the plagues. Life was created out of nothing. No other gods can or will ever be able to do this.
Where in the Bible does it say that the spiritual gifts come from us? Spiritual gifts come from somewhere. God or satan. No one can’t say that they have a gift but they have to learn how to use it right. Too many people are deceived and bringing satanic gifts into the church.

Hi! First time listening to you all so I'm not familiar with anyone's name. Around 10 minute mark, someone stated he was cautious about this because he's seen many taken advantage of. I agree, I think caution is understandable. Discernment is necessary though and that comes from the Holy Spirit. We live in a dark world but the Light has come and He lives in those of us who believe in the Lord Jesus. We must not allow ourselves to be robbed of our spiritual inheritance in the kingdom of God because some have chosen to misuse/misrepresent or counterfeit things that God has given us to enable us to walk circumspect in our generation. Yes, be cautious but be all the more discerning. The devil is not smarter than God! We should never let him outwit us because he does a lying sign or a lying wonder. I believe that what she said in the clip was key- we must discern and understand the spirit and the motive behind a prophetic dream/word because everyone is not committed to using the things of God for God's purposes. 🙏🏽
We know from the book of Job that the enemy can attack God’s people physically. We see it everyday although we may not connect the dots. In fact you may be more of a target. Christianity is different in this country. I don’t know how to explain it, I’m American, but it’s like other countries go deeper with the spiritual part of the faith and Americans embrace the logic.
Joseph's dreams profited him but he did not charge a fee to interpret the dreams. He also gave God the glory by saying, it is God who gave him the knowledge and insight to be able to interpret (pharoah's) dreams but God blessed him and he became rich.
I agree that more often than not these "prophets" are fake. The Word states the many false "people of God" will rise. That's why we have to stay in communion with the Lord so that Holy Spirit can discern for us what's real and what's fake.

Can you discuss astrology and if it correlates to the Book of Enoch. Why does the Bible refer to Enoch, but the book of Enoch was determined to not be included in the Bible?
I did some research. There are many reasons. One of the reasons is states, “the prophet Enoch did not write the book of Enoch since scholars agree this pseudepigraphal (false writing) book was not written until the second or first century B.C. Since the patriarch Enoch lived around 3,000 B.C. (Genesis 5:21-24), he could not have written it. Someone else had to write the book. I believe by scripture you should always be ready to give an answer to the hope from within. Lauren asked the question, so Stephanie answered. I think in a space like Breakfast Club , people NEED to hear that because of the audience they have. Lots may have grown up in church but some may also be doing the opposite (new age and psychics). The prophetic needs to be taught much more because it is a real thing. Simplifying it is the most important & not speaking "Christianese" which I think Stephanie handled well. John Paul Jackson was genuine and was a great teacher. Stephanie is the real deal and there are many others. The prophetic gift unfortunately has been "pimped" out just like any other gift (pastor, etc.). It all goes back to the motive and intention like she was saying. I also think people need to be taught that they can hear from God too and not depend on another person to speak for them. Also, be sure to test the spirits with anyone.
The bible tells us to test every spirit and that we will know them by their fruit. Pray and seek God's insight before you come into agreement with any prophetic word.

at 8:20 someone said they don't see God give people profitable dreams.... (profitable doesn't have to always to with money, the bible says, "what does it profit a man," or "profitable for teaching.")
at 9:50 someone said they're skeptical of people like this... (watch her sermons... read her books.... this moment isn't the totality of who she is)
at 12:08 someone said, "someone professionally doing it seems strange." (She's not doing this professionally. She's a pastor.)

I've fallen back from some churches that seem more geared towards inspirational vs doctrine & despite this being something I observe at the church she pastors, I'm always drawn to her & feel spiritually filled. However, I notice a lot of Christian content folks be on here judging other Christians saying they're "warning" folks but they're really gossiping. I'm still in the 1st few mins, so idk what direction this is going in yet but I appreciate this comment because Stephanie is a great pastor who teaches, she doesn't whoop & holler & has lots of free content online regarding dreams. To my knowledge, she has a book about dreams & every author writes a book & profit comes from that. If she is prophesying for profit, I've not seen this & I often attend the physical church she pastors.
Also, prophesying & dream interpretation is biblical. Psychics are usually sought out whereas prophecy is something God-given & thus the prophet seeks out the intended person YHWH wants him/her to deliver.
I do agree, however, the prophets are sketchy but she literally preaches & if God gives her a word, mid-sentence she'll stop & pray that they be revealed. She speaks the vision about that person & then they come fwd & she speaks over them & the church prays together over them.
Careful with “she’s a pastor” as if that means she wouldn’t be into palm reading. Some pastors are into all kinds of things beyond Jesus and the Gospel.
I’m not speaking against Stephanie here. I bring this up because a college friend’s grandfather was a very early bishop in the apostolic church. He used tarot cards for prophecies and words of knowledge. This friend was taught to read the cards by the family members that passed on the skill.
And they are still pastors teaching in Christian churches.

Absolutely. I've prayed and fasted and asked for confirmation on two subjects in particular and those two nights I received confirmation and some knowledge from God. It's always a good idea to test the spirit and see if it aligns with God's word.

Something just dropped in me. Just because you can't see stars does not mean they don't shine. If you go outside at night, you can't see the stars because it's overshadowed by the artificial light. But if you go to the right location, the night sky looks like glitter. This is how I feel about prophecy. There are many true prophets but they are overshadowed by those who pervert the gifts. Discernment is so important. And God speaks to all of us but we must know and obey his voice. We can find God in his word.

In the last days, we already know prophesying, visions and dreams will increase because The LORD has already spoken and said He WILL pour out His spirit upon all flesh. We can deny or question all we want but He already said there will be an increase in the supernatural in these ways and that He’s going to do it. If He said it, we can count on it. We ask for His wisdom to discern and understand.
I am a dreamer. If I dream about it, it comes to pass. Since a child. Gifts come without repentance. I believe, I can open myself to the holy Spirit or open my gift to demons and allow them to work through me. I know when something is revealed to me, I have to pray for that person or rebuke it. Some dreams are clean and others have to be revealed to me. I thank God that he has entrusted me with his gift. I am spiritually sensitive. I have to be careful of what I watch and listen to or I will experience demonic activity.
I know this life and it can be taxing when it's heavy but also a beautiful experience when it all happens.

Americans, by and large, aren’t familiar with witchcraft and I’d dare say most don’t think it has any influence over our lives in the US. I think America, if it acknowledges witchcraft at all, thinks witchcraft happens in other places around the world, in primitive forms or in “voodoo” etc but it not happening daily in the major flows of culture in American life. We are very deceived in America by its packaging. Witchcraft is real.

Watching this has reminded me of something. A short personal testimony. I watched a youtube video on the meaning of sexual dreams and how the enemy uses them to get you hooked on lust. Had one recently and woke up feeling like i didnt want to read the word or listen to anything Godly. A few minutes later, the holy spirit reminded me of the video i watched earlier on sexual dreams. I started to pray and those feelings went away. I thank God for that.

Please invite her! I have been listening to Pastor Stephanie's sermons for years. Since childhood, I have had dreams that felt so real that I thought I was awake. Some I could not make sense of and others would later occur. When I was a teenager, a pastor told me I was a prophetess (he did not know anything about my dreams) and I did not know what that meant at the time. As I got older and grew in faith I knew that I had to be having these dreams for a reason and I would pray about it often. Listening to Pastor Stephanie, I learned a lot about how God uses dreams, how to seek after him so that I can gain an understanding of the dreams and His purpose for them so that I can be a vessel that He can use.
People fail to realize that some people do have that gift to see things before they happen or can feel the energy of a person and speak what you feel is coming from their energy.
I was able to see and feel everything in the process of my mother’s passing 3 weeks before she passed and everything I saw was spot on. I kept seeing her in my dreams in a casket from the looks of the casket, her hair, outfit & everything.
When she passed I bought everything that I saw in that dream, it was like everything was jumping out at me without me having to really search for it.

Also, some people in the comments need to study Jesus’ miracles and Acts and Corinthians. Gifts are supposed to increase the faith of the believer, but signs and prophecies should not be the only thing believers are seeking.

I didn't learn about gifts until I started going to church in the south. But I always had dreams but didn't know what that was. I had a friend in church who understood my gifts better than me and would always ask me what did I dream. I told my pastor at the time about a dream I had of a member of the church and it was true. I had no relationship with that member and the pastor told me every time I have a dream let her know. Thank God I use it from God's glory and not for myself or try to make money by reading palms or opening myself up to demons to use me.

The scripture says “You will know them by their fruit.” Pastor Ike has very good fruit so far. Additionally, she offers the Words of knowledge; she never asks for payment for the Word.
Be careful of those that want money for the prophesy because if God has given the Word, your job is to get that Word to his child. Period.
I'm someone who has a lot of dreams. I got caught up with them, that I lost my focus on Jesus. Honestly, the things God was showing me got to my head and I started fixating on them. One day, the dreams stopped. I thought I was being punished, I thought I had sinned, or I had done something to offend God.
God showed me that dreams can't lead my sense of assurance in him. He also showed me that his word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path, "not dreams" or "visions".
It's important that we become biblical literate, so we can discern dreams correctly or at least put them in its proper place.
We have become increasingly enamored with signs and gifts and we need to tread carefully with this. Matt 16:4.
We need to examine ourselves to see if we're in the faith. Are we after the razzle dazzle that can comes with Jesus or the are we genuinely pursuing the person of Jesus?

I personally feel like this whole podcast is full with baby Christians. I believe that everyone lacks knowledge from the Bible and they haven’t studied the word. It’s giving, “I go with what I hear in church and not what I’ve studied.” I also feel like they’re ignorant about the spiritual realm and they have scales and their spiritual ears and eyes because they use so much terminology from a secular point of view. Lastly, I keep hearing, “I feel” but there’s a lack of, “I can discern.” Before anyone tries to test someone’s fruit, they need to test their own.
What do you mean by the spiritual realm? This term means different things to different people.
We cannot test our own fruit, only those who have fully surrendered to God by an obedient and meek life will be given this ability. It accompanies the promise found in Acts 5:32, the Holy Spirit/Ghost has to abide in the heart. Obedience though a loving connection with Jesus Christ is how we enter heaven
A large class of professed Christians will never experience true surrender and therefore miss heaven. Our characters have to reflect Christ. Colossians 1:27. Christ living in the heart 24/7 is the only way.

I don’t think the spiritual realm means different things to different people. Different people interact with different parts of the spiritual realm. For example, a witch and a Christian both know what demons are, but how they view demons are different because of where they stand. They’re either with the kingdom of light or darkness. It’s one realm, but different stances.
And when I say test your fruits, I’m basically saying you need to reflect on your actions while on your walk with Christ. Are you quoting scripture from which you’ve heard or from which you’ve read and who’s to say that your interpretation is correct if you aren’t in fellowship with people who are on a fruitful walk with Christ. (This question isn’t directed to you.)
And yes, professed Christians will in fact miss heaven because they do not know Jesus, but to those who have believe that Jesus died and rose again and confess that he is Lord, will receive salvation according to John 14:6, Ephesians 2:8, John 3:6, 2 Corinthians 5:17 and Romans 6:4.
We are no longer slaves to sin once we declare that Jesus is Lord.
And by no means is your walk with Christ going to be linear. That’s the whole point of sanctification. (Living your life to be more like Christ.)
And God isn’t a man who lies, so yes, when you’re on your walk with Christ you will receive what God promised in Acts 5:32.

Ive seen ministries emphasize the prophetic, talk about dreams and alllll of what they were saying seemed to line up with Bible… but the gospel of salvation wasn’t emphasized and the line between the Old Testament and New Testament was blurred. Some of these ministries seemed very very anointed and they would even warn against other false ministries and against witchcraft.
For anyone who’s following these prophetic ministries, keep your eyes on Jesus, the cross and understand that we are in the New Testament, not the old. Some of these prophetic ministries will share some truths about spiritual realm and subtly lead you astray where Jesus isn’t the focal point anymore. Stay prayed up against deception.

I am not sure how reasonable it is to think a panel will go into their testimony all the time. I think it depends on what TH-cam will allow. Also they have to be mindful because everyone is not comfortable with possibly hearing their testimonies. I think they are trying to respect everyone.

Deception vs Discernment
We don't have to fear or be skeptical of things that God has put in place to benefit us. We just need to be educated concerning them. Jesus in Matthew 7, in essence, tells us to consider the source and check the fruit when it comes to determining the real and the false. That which is real is going to lead us towards life in Christ, holiness, and righteousness. The false is going to point towards that which opposes life in Christ, holiness, and righteousness.

I think that this was a fruitful conversation and I appreciate the fact that you all had it. There are instances in the Bible where and they were more than just warnings. For instance consider the dream that Solomon had where God asked Him what he wanted and Solomon ask for wisdom. As a dreamer myself I know and believe that God can and will speak to us about any topic whether that's correction inspiration, encouragement or warning that He so chooses. It's just how He decides to move in his sovereignty, omniscience and omnipotence. I don't really think we can put God In A Box in terms of how he might communicate with us and dreams or prophecy.

Yes he fell and his power was corrupted. The enemy has tricked people into the fact that he doesn't exist and that's his biggest flex. He didn't go to Adam and Eve as himself but as a snake that was already part of the environment. I encourage you to read the word. The old testament has a lot of things explained in there but it takes learning from the Holy Spirit and maturity to start to understand. Where in the Bible does it say that the spiritual gifts come from us? Spiritual gifts come from somewhere. God or satan. No one can’t say that they have a gift but they have to learn how to use it right. Too many people are deceived and bringing satanic gifts into the church.

Hi! First time listening to you all so I'm not familiar with anyone's name. Around 10 minute mark, someone stated he was cautious about this because he's seen many taken advantage of. I agree, I think caution is understandable. Discernment is necessary though and that comes from the Holy Spirit. We live in a dark world but the Light has come and He lives in those of us who believe in the Lord Jesus. We must not allow ourselves to be robbed of our spiritual inheritance in the kingdom of God because some have chosen to misuse/misrepresent or counterfeit things that God has given us to enable us to walk circumspect in our generation. Yes, be cautious but be all the more discerning. The devil is not smarter than God! We should never let him outwit us because he does a lying sign or a lying wonder. I believe that what she said in the clip was key- we must discern and understand the spirit and the motive behind a prophetic dream/word because everyone is not committed to using the things of God for God's purposes. 🙏🏽

We know from the book of Job that the enemy can attack God’s people physically. We see it everyday although we may not connect the dots. In fact you may be more of a target. Christianity is different in this country. I don’t know how to explain it, I’m American, but it’s like other countries go deeper with the spiritual part of the faith and Americans embrace the logic.

I agree that more often than not these "prophets" are fake. The Word states the many false "people of God" will rise. That's why we have to stay in communion with the Lord so that Holy Spirit can discern for us what's real and what's fake.

I did some research. There are many reasons. One of the reasons is states, “the prophet Enoch did not write the book of Enoch since scholars agree this pseudepigraphal (false writing) book was not written until the second or first century B.C. Since the patriarch Enoch lived around 3,000 B.C. (Genesis 5:21-24), he could not have written it. Someone else had to write the book. That raises a serious problem.” What’s interesting is Ethiopia’s bible kept the book in it (in the language of Ge’ez). Hmm… 1 Kings 10:1-10; Psalms 68:31; Isaiah 42, 43; Acts 8:26-40…
I believe by scripture you should always be ready to give an answer to the hope from within. Lauren asked the question, so Stephanie answered. I think in a space like Breakfast Club , people NEED to hear that because of the audience they have. Lots may have grown up in church but some may also be doing the opposite (new age and psychics). The prophetic needs to be taught much more because it is a real thing. Simplifying it is the most important & not speaking "Christianese" which I think Stephanie handled well. John Paul Jackson was genuine and was a great teacher. Stephanie is the real deal and there are many others. The prophetic gift unfortunately has been "pimped" out just like any other gift (pastor, etc.). It all goes back to the motive and intention like she was saying. I also think people need to be taught that they can hear from God too and not depend on another person to speak for them. Also, be sure to test the spirits with anyone.
The bible tells us to test every spirit and that we will know them by their fruit. Pray and seek God's insight before you come into agreement with any prophetic word.
