Basically my flight got cancelled at my connection by southwest when they had that meltdown over the holidays. So my bags got stuck in Vegas and ended up having to be shipped back to my house so I did not have my luggage for my entire vacation visiting family 😅
I've learned over the years, if there is ANYTHING you need or want immediately when you land, put it in your carry on. A few years I had the same situation happen but my meds were in my checked in bag. I've never made that mistake again. I went to Cali in September and the same thing happened. Good thing i took a couple extra shirts and all I needed was underwear which i bought as i left the airport. Not sure if you aren't allowed to take the henna on the carry on or not but I'm sure at least one tube should be fine.
Glad you got the luggage back at least, I've seen so many stories recently of airlines refusing to give luggage back (usually saying it was lost and they can't find it) then selling it with the excuse that it "was never claimed"
I was at the airport when that was happening- luckily we were flying a different airline and our plane was one of the only departures in that part of the airport that night. It was super weird because the airport was basically deserted except for our terminal 😂
Was gonna suggest the same thing. It was an hude inconvenience for her to be without her supplies, clothes and anything else she needed, so she should be compensated for anything she had to purchase or anywhere she had to stay extra at.

I saw this thing where you mix Elmer’s glue with food colouring of your choice-use it like henna and once it dries peel it off. This results in the abilities to have different colours and it’s easy to make!!
i wonder if you could have done it with a chocolate bar and let it harden & peel it off... 🤔 if you could keep it from being too runny that is. it would also be really cool to put "henna" designs on sweets this way! either use wax paper and freeze the design, or pipe straight onto the dessert. also would be super cool to see edible rangoli designs from colored sugar ☺️✌️💕

Henna , probably called mehandi in India is being used since thousand years ago by our ancestors ,Because mehandi is something Which is not applied for any design and all in our culture , its applied Because it indicates the love shown by a women to her husband and the color which mehandi imparts indicate the purity and depth of love between a husband and a wife , so its very important part in our culture and its a must 😊, and my grandma use to tell me that in those times mehandi was prepared from pure mehandi leaves and even now most people in our country apply mehandi made by self grown mehandi leaves Because in india mehandi is not only applied during occasions Or during wedding by both groom and bride but its also been applied by every married women since decades and Even now most of married women apply it on a weekly basis 😊and now even people from other countries do love our culture and thats Actually a proud moment that they follow it so beautifully in their country 😊🙏🏻
