That “slime”is a mold is for hearing aids, I have hearing aids and that cotton ball was attached to a string so it’s not stuck. It’s kind of itchy in your ears but you get used to it when you’ve had it for nearly all your life XD So it wasn’t because the cotton ball got stuck, it was because they needed to make new moods for hearing aids :)

Another reason to not use Q-tips! Q-tips can actually push the earwax farther down your earring therefore creating a blockage. If you want to clean your ear, you should use some soapy water and let it drain the loose earwax out!
