He sounds like he's improving his vocals in the same way he improved his solo/ lead playing years ago. Dude is an absolute BEAST. The work ethic and mentality he must have to keep growing as a musician even though he's already great... respect

@@broski4851 The only reason I got into Mark's music is because of Alter Bridge and there is a reason Myles is the lead singer in that band. Mark is getting better and better, but (IMHO) Myles is amazing! Check out Blackbird album first :D

Those highs are sounding more and more effortless (there’s definitely been some live performance vids where you can tell he was pushing too hard). Man’s been putting in the work and is becoming a top tier vocalist 🤘
One of the absolute cleanest vocalist's out there and I love it. He's improving every album and I'm happy he is. Hopefully this drastically helps him when he's live

I'm actually shocked at how much his vocals have improved compared to the A Dying Machine tour. Literally no forced rasp/throat singing during this performance.

@@flataffect not at all a crutch, but it’s pretty common to “over sing” (thus sounding forced/raspy) when you can’t hear yourself properly. The IEMs would definitely help.

I got into Tremonti with "Cauterize" and "Dust". But lately my tastes are changing. I am digging this more melodic direction. Look forward to hearing what the rest of the new cd sounds like.

I am thinking Mark Tremonti has the best voice tone and range I have heard since Chris Cornell. Very unique, and he has that very rare quality in modern metal that he writes great melodies too. And he plays searing solos. Alter Bridge is a great band that should continue but I am glad he is doing the solo project as well, his voice is hands down the best in the business and even if you are not into jazz crooner type of singing I recommend you check his various and loyal takes on Frank Sinatra's classics, it is seriously impressive. Is there a thing Mark Tremonti cannot do, I wonder. He's well surrounded too. Great Live performance.
