This year has been so positive for me honestly, in January I moved to a whole new country and until now I'm still getting used to it but this place is slowly starting to feel like home. In March, I started a TH-cam channel for my singing, and I just feel more confident than ever... I had a great holiday in the summer, and I just feel really lucky and privileged that touchwood my family are all happy and healthy this year. Come first week of January, I have mock exams so we didn't go home for Christmas, but I feel more prepared than ever... thanks to your motivation as well. Love you Kiara, happy new year

I'm really grateful for my PA school friends this year. They have been amazing and I don't know what I would've done without them. I read The Spirit Catches You for a class in undergrad and it was so good, it was so interesting to learn about how other cultures experience health care in the US
This was one of the hardest years of my life to date. There were lots of divorces, lots of my relatives are at the end of their line. That being said it was also my most successful academic year and I am PROUD to say through it all, I landed my hotshot corporate job at a Big 4 for right after my bachelor's. The worst of times can also be the best. Happy new year everyone. Praying for wellness and success in 2022.

I think the true feeling of reflective pride about a year comes from exactly what you're talking about: triumphing despite so many unexpected obstacles. I’m a nightshift peds nurse and I’m always using the timer on my Apple Watch so that none of my med pumps wake my patients up when they’re done! Good luck on your nursing journey, you never know where you’ll end up :)
I'm really grateful for my fiancé this year. He was by my side through my hard days and stressful nights, no matter my mood or mental state in those moments. In the end, I ended up finishing my master's degree and landing a job I am so excited to start. I am also grateful for my parents, who have given me countless conversations and advice through my hardest year to date ❤️

I’m grateful for surviving this year with life in general. Had a lot of downs , including not enjoying work to stop complaining about work because it got me all worked up. Mental health wise, things have gotten better, even though my mood hasn’t been great this holiday…. I’m also grateful that my therapist will stick with me through this coming January. She referred me to a type of therapy that might work better for me.
You did really well for Christmas. I love that you got such practical gifts and I know you will use them all. I am grateful for having the health enough to go back to Uni and that I had the courage to step away from my PhD and go for an MPhil - my health wouldn't have survived the stress and pressure of the PhD. I am also so grateful for my parents and friends who have been so supportive over this year especially. May 2022 be a great year for you.

That end of life decisions book is a great idea! I took a class last semester that focused on the psychology of death, loss, and dying. I would highly recommend anyone going in a field that may pertain to it or even out of curiosity to do it! It Will help me as a social worker.

This year has had a lot of bumps in the road. I discovered with my health 1. I have severe iron deficiency anemia and 2. That it is caused by celiac disease 😂 definitely grateful for the easy access to certified gluten free/gluten free foods in today’s time. I’ve learned from many that years ago it was a different story and wasn’t as easy to find safe foods!

i definitely have a comfort water bottle haha. i’ve had the same yellow hydroflask for 4 years now and it goes EVERYWHERE with me. i have to hunt it down if i left it somewhere in my house for like 30 minutes

I'm grateful for my parents unconditional love and support through my stressful season. I'm currently looking for jobs and apartments in Eugene to be closer to school and qualify for instate tuition in a year, I'm very stressed, have literally 4 cents in my bank account and have no prospects for apartments at least in Eugene but plenty for jobs. It's just hard not being there in person to get any of these things. And even though we've unfortunately had to skip gift giving this year considering everyone's brokenness we still get to spend time together, eat delicious homemade potato soup, get a little high, and enjoy some dnd.
It's such a crazy time right now & I'm sorry you're having to go though all the stress. There are tons of new apartments and opportunities in Eugene so I hope you find the right place for you! Wishing you the best of luck in the new year & that your new job prospects work out. Hang in there ❤️

I’m a nurse. I wear compression socks all the time (summers in the South where it gets to 100F). I’ve been wearing Sockwell compression socks for 6 years. They don’t sweat or stink. I haven’t tried other brands. Do your feet justice and wear your compression socks!!! Good and quality shoes too.
I also have a bit of a water bottle obsession? I have a 32ounce one that is basically a hydro flask and then since I drink like an insane amount of water usually, my mom got me a 64 ounce water bottle that I will usually go through one and a half of those a a day lol. One of the saddest days of my life was when I dropped it and the lid cracked 😭😭. And the ‘my mom probably got me these because she got tired of hearing me complain about it’ was literally probably how most of my Christmas gifts came from lol. I hope you had a Merry Christmas!!!!

I have a 32ounce one that is basically a hydro flask and then since I drink like an insane amount of water usually, my mom got me a 64 ounce water bottle that I will usually go through one and a half of those a a day lol. One of the saddest days of my life was when I dropped it and the lid cracked 😭😭. And the ‘my mom probably got me these because she got tired of hearing me complain about it’ was literally probably how most of my Christmas gifts came from lol. I hope you had a Merry Christmas!!!!

Love my Hydro flask use it all the time. My daughter loves hers and it is year old and I need to get hera new one. It is dented from dropping it and paint is chipped away. She is wants green one instead of the yellow she has.
