Hi Angela, enjoying your vlogmas videos each day. In case you’ve not heard this before when your lovely soap wears down to a sliver don’t throw it away, keep it for marking dark fabrics, shows up well, doesn’t hurt the fabric and washes clean away 👍 Tina

Great vlogs Angela. I did laugh at your meeting with Santa😂. A very similar thing happened to me in 1981. I know the year as I was heavily pregnant. We were in Debenhams in Sheffield with my in-laws shopping for baby things and like you I was mooching along looking downwards when three things happened. 1) I was suddenly aware that, like you i realised that there was nobody else about. At the same instant 2)I saw a pair of huge black feet in front of me. As I looked up 3) I heard very loud, very deep breathing. Standing in front of me was a seven foot Darth Vader in full gear😳. I think my face must have been a picture because everyone around me was laughing, including Darth Vader, which sounded really weird. I bet very few people have heard Darth Vader laugh. 😂 He was doing a promotion for a new Star Wars Film and I hadn’t realised he was there. Anyway, I thought the story might make you smile. Xx

Hi Angela. Can you explain how you pressed the seams of the velvet without leaving press marks?
My honest answer is ……. I didn’t! As I was worried for that very reason. I pressed the fabric, but not the seams, not even the hems - eek! 😂🥰
