Tarar needs to check the N.Y.Times article on how the dictator Musharraf was paid 7 Million dollars as a writer of his book by a shadowy U.S.Publication for allowing U.S. to use Pakistani soil. There were only 7000 prints for this book and the publisher knew that it was for his service rendered and could not make any money from it but still it was legal way to pay him off. He used this money by living lavishly in Saudi Arabia till he died.
There is a saying in USA that you cannot fool all people all time but some people all the time or all people for some time as Musharraf did by fooling all people for some time. It is funny and sad at the same to hear from these two "educated" people praising Musharraf.

No company either internal or foreign ever got FREE land in India .
The real problem is - the owners refuses to sell their lands to any investor.
It this 'unwillingness' of the original landowners which government manages, by acquiring land by making a land aquisition law and by paying 4 times the price of acquured land to the original owner.
This acquired land is used for making roads, highways or industrial parks etc.
Such land parcels are then leased out to internal or foreign investors for starting industrial projects.
In India when any investment comes from overseas, they bring their technology and products to India which are very advance of time and Indian export them too. What will Saudi Arabia has to offer, what are they known for? Oil , even their oil production is done by British and Americans companies. The ports and airports and agricultural lands you can give them to your local businesses don’t need for foreign companies, it’s like giving your business on lease when your own kids are unemployed.
