good evening brother, your creativity is very interesting 👍👍,, made me inspired, oh yes the dynamo you use is what type of dynamo is it and how many Watts of power is it?
excellent, u r genius. good job.😊. my question is, r u using braked motor or just reguler induction motor capacitor? i d like imitate ur hoist pls tel me the spec of the electric motor, thx
Saim Özada. Mining Engineering; If this reducer, which works with a 220 V AC 2 KW motor, is further developed, you will see that this machine lifts two loaded trucks. I dismantled the iron fortification ties under a pressure of at least 250 Mp in the underground coal mining with the coal-drilling engine working with 6 ATÜ.
@@zemongoose123 I have worked in elevator industry for 30 years where they still use worm gear connected to the motor with a electro magnetic braking system in between. And the elevator starts moving (to up or down depending on the load inside corraborating with counter weight load) in power off condition if you losen the electro mechanical brake manually, means disengaging the brake. And the same can happen here also. The load forces the motor to turn, of course here it will be in down direction, in power off condition.
Hi, superb build man!!! Can you help me with one information please? About Gear&Worm reduction Ratio, at One turn of the round Gear, hoe many times the worm is turning? Thank you, I appreciate your videos 🙏🍾
Great build man, hope to see more videos from you. If you don’t mind can you share with me how did you manage to forward and reverse the single phase motor?
is there any possibility to contact you guys As i am mechanical engineer i have to design project of winch as your video. i need your guidance. Thank you
Hello Sek, very interesting work. may i ask which motor specification( KW/HP; V/RPM, etc.) you are using. I have very old koenig winch which i want to power it with electric motor for PULLING (not Lifting) logs in the forest. Your response would be very helpful.
hello guys
here is the part two of the video
th-cam.com/video/waR8yd-XgtY/w-d-xo.html
Can it work in building construction lift

Very good
Done Profesional febrication of electric hoist. Top job.
Wow 👍👋😮👩🏭 good job 👏👍

Great job 👍👍👍
Splendid! Things couldn't be better.👍👍

its actually a very useful tool to have and can be gas powered .....well done!!
Galing nman niyan! 👏
Thanks po maam
Agree!
good job, but you're so lucky you didn't bring the roof down
Great job guys...
Wow amazing video keep it up you are awesome
Good job! I have a 20,000 lbs worm winch with release clutch, just need a motor and pulleys set up.
Cool! 👍
Nice build as usual. We put this video on our homemade tools forum this week :)
Always interesting. Nice job/
Thanks brother
Ingenious !
Very nice. Youre a bad ass!
That's a nice build. I really like that simple but working cable handling clamp thingy. ( I tried to find right word for it, guide, tensioner.. 🤔 )
Maybe wire stabilizer? Hahha lol also look for it. Thanks for stopping by brother
@@SekAustria nice idea, but i think it isn't safe/good for wire rope, it can make a surface damage that make it unsafe
Hello sir you have an awesome skills, where are you Located, thanks and God bless.
Another ingenious creation bro.. ang galing!
Super good job!🤗🤗🤗
Hello guys good job.
Fenomenal hombre , amazing.
. nice build ., well done.
Gracias felicitaciones y siempre adelante
Super exelente gracias compa
good work . i like it

👏👏👏👏👏
Fantastic work, dude! Really well done! 😃
Stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊
Thanks brother
Nice workmanship i like way of working. From India.
Trò chơi sáng tạo : bạn đã làm chủ nó !
Great. 👌👍
Great video, congratulations brother. Can you tell me about the lower gear and which device can I find it?

Lovely! Yo should also include a brake mechanism to stop the motor free run in case the power goes off while there is load on the rope.
Thanks.
Doesnt matter with a worn drive gear that's why they use them
Yep. It will not go down. Take care guys

you could get a power feed easily on the lathe, with a few more gears/belts.
Thanks bro
Genius.👍👍simple
Nice !!!
Thanks brother
This is quite impressive,,,, a beautiful tech piece.
Nice bro,good job!!!!!
Is not rotate reverse..when that lifted upward and you turned of the motor?? How it hold? There only?
As you can see i used a gear worm type mechanism, so it is impossible to move when motor if off unless gears get broken
But how reverse motor or mechanism ?
Well done!
VERY COOL. BRO. 👍👍👍👍👍👌👌👌👌👌👌👏👏👏👏👏👏👏🆒️🙌
QUALITY 👍
Super waww 👍👍👍👍
Nice work
👍👍 V. GOOD
Super👌
The ending was epic.
Nice boss

I lift 500 kg with my engine, 1450 revolutions, gearbox and -40/1 and a 100 mm cable drum.
If I want to lift 800kg weight, what should be the power of the motor ?
Good job, and during the video (3:35) , I saw that you had changed the green bearing of the lathe :)
I just want to ask questions please under the cable roller the plate that you weld what's Doe's it mean what is the need under the cable
Bravo bravo Super
Wow sangat bagus, 👍👍👍
Nice job, but need to devise a brake or cog lock to make sure the load you pick up doesn't free wheel and fall.
worm gear cannot reverse in case of electrical failure.

Sir, magkano magpagawa na kaya ang 2tons ?
Thank you
Thanks brother
excelente polipasto. gracias por compartir. los felicito.
the crane does not have a safety brake?
I need buy one like it with a larger drum to pull the submersible pump .. If you can do that please reply my comment.. Thanks
Great build man, hope to see more videos from you. If you don’t mind can you share with me how did you manage to forward and reverse the single phase motor?
Most of the induction motor has a instruction in the cover of the wiring. I hope it helps
Amazing job
Nice build. You will need to grease up the gears
Thanks from CNTMN LAC AND ORGANIC INDUSTRY PRIVATE LIMITED.
Superb
You must cover the gears to put some oil. Dust will destroy the gears by time
Interested to see it with a double pulley system
That would be more powerful. I am going to attach this in a motorcycle lift table with that idea
Il motore e’ sopradimensionato al tutto ?
راءع génial very cool
Miu practico ese winche.
Dont gorget me

Very good
Mini winch 500kg power.?

Very good jop
But how break work
Where did you get those gears?
From gear box reducer
👍👍
Turn your grinder over
Stop using the skinny wheel on the wrong side of the wheel very dangerous
its a bad example for al the newbies
Hello can that hoist be able to reel-in a 200m long wire rope fast?
i like to your kreatifity produk
Namiss kita idol hehehe
Haha salamat brother
nice job, can u describe the spare part? thx a lot
Are you in Indonesia?
Nope, im in philippines
Spanish name, Asian look, it's Philippines
