However there is an article stating a non medical study saying that lithium and psilocybin can interact negatively while taken together? I have ran out options that help. I have been microdosing everyday for the past month with no adverse effects, and only amazing results. Life changing results. But I am still hesitant sometimes in my confidence. As someone who’s eaten those in the past, I really couldn’t imagine eating a bag of them. So I could definitely see a life changing experience taking place. I have had MGUS for a long time and lived on a mushroom diet (basically portabellas with some others thrown in and The Mushroom defense formula and it improved every marker for my health). My MGUS since I have no source of portabellas without apeel on them has become deadly Multiple Myeloma. Symptoms are active and I started on the Mushroom defense formula today and the symptoms are better already. Do you have any source for portabellas (they were the staple of my meal plans) HELP! TN does not seem to be a big mushroom growing area and the environment here seems to only grow very deadly mushrooms when it rains a lot. I believe that mushrooms are a huge resource to enhance our food sources. I have only dried mushrooms at the moment to eat from. Portabellas do dry, but do not rehydrate good at all. So using the smaller ones and a couple of other items, but for instance, I have turkey tail powder. Chaga alone upsets my GI system. I do use it in mixtures though. The analogy I've developed towards psychedelics relates to my love of maps and cartogtsphy. Psychedelics can give you a "temporary map and birds eye view of where you are in life and an overall greater picture. For instance if you're hiking in a new place, It's good to check the map as an interpretive reference to orientation, navigation etc. Although not all the information on a map is a complete picture, it still helps you to proceed with a better sense of navigation. Yet you also could'nt stare at a map the whole time while also trying to successfully navigate a new area. I think it's a pretty good analogy to the flood of sensory information you'd get from psychedelics, you try to make temporary sense of it, but you still need to filter out alot in order for day to day functions. Alot of Huxley's references in Doors are still quite relevant to our understanding (?)

Do research, set a goal, make sure your setting is good for YOU, have a healthy state of mind going into it, don’t expect anything at all, although it may be hard. The analogy I've developed towards psychedelics relates to my love of maps and cartogtsphy. Psychedelics can give you a "temporary map and birds eye view of where you are in life and an overall greater picture. For instance if you're hiking in a new place, It's good to check the map as an interpretive reference to orientation, navigation etc. Although not all the information on a map is a complete picture, it still helps you to proceed with a better sense of navigation. Yet you also could'nt stare at a map the whole time while also trying to successfully navigate a new area. I think it's a pretty good analogy to the flood of sensory information you'd get from psychedelics, you try to make temporary sense of it, but you still need to filter out alot in order for day to day functions. Alot of Huxley's references in Doors are still quite relevant to our understanding (?)

I know I'm not a candidate due to psych history and 17yrs of antidepressants, YET I took them anyway and hadan amazing spiritual experience, quit my SSRIs the next morning (down to 1/8th dose) and have been given a new life after 3 "underground" macrodose sessions 1-2 weeks apart. This is God's medicine for people, like me, with my kind of depression.
Also, I have aphantasia and the main reason I used to love shrooms for fun was the closed eye visuals since I can't do that any other time. Drs have been trying to help me for decades to no avail. Their meds only made me worse and/or had no to minimal benefit. This magical medicine saved my life!
