you missed just a few little things
1 - trading keys no longer drop
2 - group content queues are now automatically accepted
3 - new costumes will now be separated into top, bottom and shoes

You can put both! Stack both damage pots for extra spicy attack.

What kind of dps thresholds do you think a character should be at for this to not be miserable?

Well I mean my Sentry character is about 200 million DPS and I'm comfortable at Monster level 148. So probably something around there. Depends what you're aiming for really.

You get all of the formula books except the damage ones from the ore vendor.
