So if you use Serpens Essence, even though one suffix has been turned into prefix to make it 4 prefix and 2 suffix, you will still get the suffix authority mod of Miraseti? Is that what happened here?

The triple auth craft is actually not that bad. Its perfecting it that becomes very expensive.

Guaranteed Reversion is safest but also the most expensive. Costing around 850 rubies. It is cheaper to use regular reversion.
