@ As someone who knows a lot about the lore, let me break it down for you. Each of the boys have a specific reason for hating BF. Cartman hates him because he left him in Tenacity after breaking free. Kyle hates him after separating from him in Destination. Kenny hates him for starting the whole apocalypse (he pretty much brought the darkness with him). Stan hates him for separating with him after Drunken Collapse. They all have a reason to hate him, and that’s why they all want him dead. It has been confirmed as well that even if boyfriend is in another universe, the South will continue to chase him no matter what, breaking multiverses if they need to (think about the immortal snail). Not to mention the fact in Troubled we have three mutated creatures mixed together, WAY larger than everyone else. Boyfriend might have tried to be a hero, but let’s face it - he was gonna die there.
