Honestly, nanny sharing isn't that uncommon. The nanny makes the same amount either way and having kids the same age helps keep them occupied and the parents who can't afford to pay the nanny on their own are able to still get great care and also socialisation for their kids. Something to keep in mind is how difficult it probably is for nannies themselves to find work in an economy where most people can't afford that kind of expense on their own.

At this point it’s sort of a kindergarten. We have many of those « homebased child care » in Quebec and it works pretty well.

Huh... in my area Nanny/Sitter service charge by the kid by the hour not just by the hour. So 'Nanny Sharing' really wouldn't help much.

I would charge at least 10k more if I was in a "share" you have 2 sets of kids from 2 different households with different values and schedules you have at least 4 parents to deal with instead of 2 possibly more if there's divorce
Yeah at least 10 k more

Taking care of 1 child and of 3 children is not the same amount of effort. I once watched 5 kid and they immobilised me by grabbing int my legs😅😂 it was honestly the most hilarious and slightly scaring thing, especially since one of them kept biting my leg😂

@@joycepino5346Well, back in *my* days (aka the 90s), it was exactly what he described. I was sitted by either the elderly neighbor or the teenagers, and they were paid maybe a couple hundred dollars at the end of the month. The main difference is that when we think about it, it was super risky in so many ways haha

In Germany we have another very interesting system:
    So like 20 Kids share 2 Nannie’s
And the Nannie’s gets paid by a authority to witch the parents pay involuntarily fees which are % of their wage

Actually did the Nolan babysitting deal once for about three years but the all you can eat food was mixed up every day for the kids sake since I was the only one who could convince the two four year olds to eat things that weren't chips and candy. And I was taking care of two separate sets of twins one set four years old and the other set six months 😂

It all comes to light in a future episode where he sends his body guard with a gun to force her to come back

Teach the kids how not to die when left alone for a few hours until they reach the age you can just send em to preschool. Which is like 3. Shit is not that hard they don’t need a full time “child enrichment specialist”

Phones are more dangerous when driving.
And if you have to act as a police officer while on the phone your call history and contents of the phone become evidence if something goes wrong.
