In this video were going to take a look and go over all of the operator unlock challenges. We’re not going to super in depth with tips and tricks in this video but if there are specific unlock challenges you’d like a guide on make sure to let me know down in the comments below but to be fair most of the challenges are really straight forward this year!
First like we’ve already covered here on the channel you can unlock 4 operators from finishing certain missions in the campaign, This can be done on any difficulty.
For completing the 6th mission called Cartel Protection you’ll unlock Operator Chuy
For finishing the 10th mission called Violence and Timing you’ll unlock Operator Nova
For the 14th Mission called Prision Break you’ll unlock Operator Reyes
And for finishing the second to last mission called Ghost team, you’ll unlock Operator Hutch
Now according to a blog post from Call of Duty this morning the challenges for these next operators can be completed in both Modern Warfare 2’s Multiplayer and also in Warzone 2.0 when that releases next month. So we now know that there will be 4 free operators to unlock in Warzone 2.
To unlock operator Konig you need to simply perform a finishing move. So if you didn’t already know in order to do that you need to be behind an enemy that is either standing, crouched or prone and then hold your melee button to perform a finishing move
The challenge for Operator Kleo is to simply get one kill with lethal equipment which is stupid easy.
For Operator Zimo you need to get a kill with a secondary weapon, So basically just get one kill with a pistol in your secondary weapon slot and he’s unlocked
And for operator Roze you need to get one point blank kill. To get a point blank kill you need to basically barrel stuff someone and be right up in their face when you kill them
Next we have a group of 7 operators who’s unlock challenges can only be completed with-in Multiplayer and again these are really straight forward challenges.
To unlock Operator Calisto you need to get 5 headshot kills in a single Multiplayer Match
For operator Aksel you need to Get 20 total kills in one single Multiplayer Match, For this it will prob be best to jump into a game mode like hardpoint or domination where you’ve got more time to be able to get 20 total kills.
Next is operator Conor and his unlock challenge is to get 5 Hipfire Kills in a single multiplayer match, Super easy again just get 5 kills in one game without aiming your weapons
For operator Fender you need to get Get 2 Kills with a launcher in a single multiplayer game
For Operator Gus you need to get 5 Assists in a single Multiplayer Match which is basically just going to complete itself as you play
To unlock Operator Horangi you need to Get 5 Kingslayer Kills in a single Multiplayer Match. Now to get a kingslayer medal you need to kill the person on the other team who has the highest score.
& we’ve got operator stiletto who’s unlock challenge is to get 2 Revenge Kills in a single multiplayer Match, If you don’t know what a revenge kill is you basically need to kill the person who last killed you. For the challenge you need to get two of these in one game.
The final 3 operators are from completing each of the Spec Ops Mission
You’ll unlock Luna from finishing the Mt. Zaya Mission
Gromsko is unlocked from finishing the Low ProfileMission
And Operator Zero is unlocked by finishing the Denied Area Mission

really dumb how ghost, soap, price, and farah are locked behind a paywall. they could've made default skins or something and the red team skins would stay exclusive

frrr, locking the MAIN CHARACTERS of a MODERN WARFARE game.
Unlocking the characters wasn’t to hard in this game. For some reason I struggled getting 5 assist in the game but I eventually got it. The vault edition is really dumb because not all the skins are super cool and you only get to pick one out of the four to wear
My fiance got me the disc version... So I would have to spend $100 for the MAIN skins..... I really hope they fix this..

For operators Soap, Ghost, Farah and Price they are currently only obtained via the vault edition. For operator Oni, he is currently only available for digital pre orders on the PS4/5 version.
Will ghost become available I thought the vault edition was only skins not operators

damn i figured that those were just skins for them, i was wondering why i couldn't see a "customize" option for them to see their default outfits...

These are the easiest challenges ever.
Back in BO: CW, I had to do ten or more finisher executions to get Stone and get 75 headshots or something to get that one Navy Seal guy.
I agree Black ops Cold War was more challenging but MW2 challenges so much easier.

Found out, to unlock Fender you must use the RPG or JOKR. using the STRELA or PILA doesnt count. 2 single kills will do. doesnt have to be a multikill.
Just so you lot know, That skin isn't the one you unlock for Reyes that's the Jack Links one. It just wouldn't let me change it to his default one.
Game won't let me change to the default skin for Horangi stuck with the beta skin

These are all pretty attainable except horangi. That is such a ridiculously specific parameter that can change throughout the match. I hate challenges that force you to play in a way that may be a deteiment to your team's sucess.
i mean you can do it in quick play ppl don't sweat there and just upgrade guns or play for fun. no need to tryhard in every damn game bro

Hello, could help me? Recently I've finished the COD MW2 campaign. However, after finishing this mode, 4 operators (Chuy, Reyes, Hutch and Nova) are still unable to play them even though I finished the whole missions and should by playable. Do you know the possible reason of this? I play on PS5.
It seems like a lot of people have this issue(including me) but nobody has answered like why it’s happening. I’ve finished the missions multiple times and don’t have any operators. My guess is it’s probably a glitch or maybe we just have to keep beating the missions
What if i try doing the challenge on offline multiplayer will i still be able to unlock them if i go back online?

How did you unlock the “collision” version of Horangi? There are no bundles listed for the Collision, DEAD Agent or Dogfight versions of Horangi.

for operator conor and calisto, you can't unlock them in warzone only even if you do the challenge, apparently you need to own mw2 in order to unlock them

Me too, I completed that challenge and it's locked
Use the pila I finally unlocked him using that if you hàvent already gotten kills with it to no avail. After doing even more matches using only the strela and even so far as the grenade launcher to no luck I said screw it and tried that. Thought I'd come back to your comment giving you and whoever else was having trouble a heads up.

Is a "Down" a kill? I just Downed someone with a C4 and finished him off with a gun (he was dying on the ground) and Kleo didn't unlock for me...
Usually it's how you kill them once they're downed that counts.
