- Between January and June of 2024, I took on the task of converting my cosmetically damaged Hornby A1x into the little blue bastard himself. I certianly learnt a lot during this process, and I'm very happy with the end result.

Glad to see someone else has considered Thomas the Terrier engine. I always felt the small size made it feel more appropriate than the absolutely gigantic E2.

Never Expected a Thomas A1X to be a thing now i kinda wish that was the Thomas we have instead of the E2 it just makes more sense to make him A1X because in the show Thomas has a branchline but in reality that wouldn't work out well

Also when Thomas is depicted in his LBSC livery he's shown with the number 70. In real life LBSC 70 is named Poplar and was the last A1x to be rebuilt.

Also, my ideal Thomas is an lbscr A2. A class of 8 terriers built between sep. 1919 and sep. 1920 with extend tanks, larger bunkers, and middle driving wheels with smaller tires so it could make tighter curves. They would’ve been built as a substitute for the E2s in my AU

Please do 4-6-0 James build log and use a l&yr class 28 and needed to use the lead wheels from an lms black 5 and extend the l&yr's class 28 front 2 times to that the four leading wheels could fit and also use the frames from an old gift card and an lms fowler tender and also use brick red and gold lining on the boiler and the belpaire firebox and blue lining on the splashers, the cab, and the tender and a short scene use some australian cowcatchers at the front of the 4-6-0 James and another short scene use your sharkie with james

Quit telling him what to do bruh. These are his models. Nobody makes models just cause some kid in the comment section tells them what they feel they should make. His models don't revolve around you.
