- This is a mix I made of "It Has to Be This Way" from Metal Gear Rising and it took me quite a while, I also made the animated background, so I hope you like the video ;)

I think its because their cover is higher in the mix and louder because its more metal than the other two. Not too mention that FamilyJules' version he admits is one of the first times he ever did vocals on a song by himself, so his vocals are lower in the mix. Skar's screaming vocals are really good as a backing track though, I'll give it that.
Edit: Richaad's has more emphasis on the guitar than the other versions do. If you watch the other covers, you'll see that they usually only have a single lead guitar, whereas Richaad's has a lead and rhythm, as well as less of an emphasis on the keyboards from the other two. Instead, Richaad plays part of the keyboard's section with his lead.

My max plank time (exercise) was roughly two minutes, i planked while listening to this and i literally made it to 4 minutes and 8 seconds more than doubling my time, what a masterpiece.

my god, it's beautiful, your mixes are as perfect and so incredibly epic as ever
DUUUDE this is epic and i love it
I listened to the 8 minute cinematic one and came to the conclusion that while that one is great, nothing will top this as the ultimate It Has To Be This Way. This one really hits the “final battle” feeling like no other. Especially on the repeat play at 3:10. It’s something I love about the original, that despite it just being that the music repeats, it has a totally different feel to it. The first feels like the power struggle, the intense battle, the build up when the song restarts as they take a breather and the second time it plays feels like Armstrong losing steam and eventually, finally losing the fight. This one recaptures that feeling where other remixes and mixes have failed. Very well done to you sir.
