Thanks so much! The tone is just from Neural DSP Parallax with a bit of messing around with the EQ. Mainly cutting around 500 I think. Full compressed low end on Parallax and 70-80% mid distortion.
It’s the .60 Ernie Ball Delrin ones I use. Got the idea from Nolly who uses them for their added “compression” as when you hit harder the pick bends rather than the string being hit harder to limit dynamic range. But for full on metal songs where it’s all about tone rather than dynamics, they work great :)
It’s just using Parallax by Neural DSP. The low end is fully compressed and about 80-90% gain. The mids are about 70-80% distorted and about 70% gain, the high is about 30-40% distorted and about 50-60% gain. Then just a bit of reductive EQ after Parallax and a bit of additive EQ before it in the chain. :)
Nice work!
@@untamablebenjamin Thankyou:)

Excellent cover! Best Erra song in a long time IMO and that’s saying something, the groove in this song is unreal
It is a great song. Very groovy instead of being overly technical. Thanks so much :)
Dude sick tone!!! How do you get it?

Dude thank you!!!
Yo is it a .46 Delrin pick? Awsome if it works with a super thin pick.

How do you dial your tone? tell us your secret please!

Do you use both pickups or just the bridge pickup?
Just the bridge pickup, sometimes I dial in a bit of the neck if I want a bit more mid range.
