you would have to add two things to your character blueprint, a boolean for your crosshair to appear when you aim and a branch. add the boolean to your aim code and set it to true and false top when you release. next place that boolean as a get into your branch and pull off of it and add a visibility node. So if its true then its added to your screen and if its false you remove that widget from the screen. Its easier than it sounds but im sure you'll figure it out.
I downloaded it searching on google images. Just search for "crosshair dot" and choose one, and then make sure it has no background on Photoshop and it's PNG.
