Such a refreshing salad .... Can't wait to make this. Plus, I just ordered a 9.2" wooden bowl after watching your video and seeing yours. Just wanted to also say as a Jamaican I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone consume the seed of a pomegranate-until I come to foreign and see people putting it in salads. I feel it in my teeth and get the urge to want to spit. I’m sure it’s a me thing. Lol.
