Purchase of two Philips EP 2200/10 grain machines, one for me in 02/2022 and one for my daughter in 03/2022, in 07/2024 my daughter's broke down when returning from vacation. She turns on the machine and the 3 lights on the right light up. And I came back from vacation mid 08/2024 and the same breakdown. after the recommended checks cleaning and lubrication, no change. I called maintenance, they offered a quote of €44 and a repair of €109 without anyone on the phone. or 58% of the purchase price. Two products that break down at the same time wouldn't that be planned obsolescence? I see on the site th-cam.com/video/oBNeH5EbmbY/w-d-xo.html that I am not the only one.
