Mate this video literally saved my life last night.
My heart was apparently shutting down due to incorrect ADHD medication being given to me by my doctor and if I hadn't have watched this video and realised that I wasn't breathing properly I may not have woken up according to the ER doctor.
Many thanks Tom, I've been a sub for a long time now and watched all of your videos many times but last night was a massive reminder that this kind of work is needed on TH-cam.

Ok. So I watched this video and slept for 12 hours straight where I wouldn’t without your video. Didn’t even make it to half way through. You’re very good at this. Keep it up young sir. I couldn’t watch it all the way through as I fell asleep. With my phone on my face 🫣😆 but managed to watch it during the day all the way through
