Flair bubby, I want you to know that watching you has finally motivated me to start my TH-cam channel. I bought a camera 3 years ago ready to make content, got nervous and never picked up the thing. I’m going to start filming all my hunts, along with fishing and more. You live the lifestyle I dream of, and hopefully in a few years some of the dreams will come true for myself and my kiddos. I have to say, Jake is just an all around doer. He does what needs to be done whether it’s working, building, demolition, feeding the animals, securing the blind, whatever needs to be done he seems to jump on it and do it. Great hand to have around and great addition to the Flair enterprises.
good seeing you use the back edge of bucket to grade the rock. another quick tip, easier to spread out a few small piles, than dig out off a bucket, when using a shovel. just watch your video. spreading the pile was faster and more efficant than trying to scoop out of the bucket
One thing good about the ladder stand by the cabin is those deer that are feeding in that plot will be used to smelling the human scent that blows from the cabin into that plot when the wind is blowing in that direction. So those that come and eat there won't be that scared of human scent.
So my advice is to invest in ground blow blinds. Like a pop up tent or the redneck you have. And brush them in. It’s so much easier to do filming in and to have your gear in there or have an additional person
Nice work on the new gravel driveways. If you're concerned about the larger opening at the end of the garage that will have a door on it, you could always put a little chicken wire fence there to keep the larger varmints out and still let the water go through. If anyone criticizes the opening just tell them it's for ventilation since you'll have a vehicles in there. 😉
When putting up a tree stand might be a good idea to put a piece of wood underneath the ladder feet so it doesn’t sink into the dirt if it’s going to be sitting for awhile
Instead of putting dirt where that gap is at the bottom of the shed, put gravel there so water can still pass through and it won't erode every time it rains, plus it will keep some of the bigger critters out.
You should take some telephone poles and make a fire watch style blind that’s big enough to camp in so you can stay out there for the weekend without having to leave
When you surround yourself with good people like Jake, Nate, etc (as well as the rest of the crew), it's amazing what you can accomplish. You impress me, Andrew, to be so young and yet be where you are today. It proves to others that with hard work, determination and persistence, people can accomplish their goals. Love the videos, as a equipment operator one tip I can give is be careful over filling the skidsteer bucket. Stone can get between the bucket and latches and will not unlock to change attachments/or blow fuses. Also keep an eye on the wire harness that goes to the latches. Just a few pointers to help out. Keep up the great content
Love the curl you've got hanging at the bottom of your beard! I see Lucy is taking on the role of foreman. Watching to make sure you spread the gravel right, lol. I'm really impressed. Spreading the gravel so thinly and evenly with skid loader can't be as easy as you made it look! I think I'd pile the dirt loosely at the back of the shed. That way with the rain it can still leak out but not wash the gravel away. The food plot near the cabin is dumbbell staped! Good job with the tree blind, very ocean approved.

Also you have some great friends, workers, family that always seem to chip in and help. Now you may be paying them lol so I cant say too much as this may be their full time GIG, so to speak. But honestly Id love to see you maybe do an appreciation gift to the main guys, like PoolJet, Papa Beefcake, Banjo and I know im missing a few others. Maybe it could be a new bow, or pew, or maybe some gear or something they would truly need and appreciate. Idk maybe do a custom engraving on a knife for each of them. Theyve all been with you for so long, and to me that says something. I know some folks might have gone and returned but Loyalty, Honesty, Dedication, Trust and just a Good Friendships are truly priceless in my books. Unfortunately, these characteristics have become harder to find through the years; as many now feel that they are entitled and owed by society, bosses, friends and family. You have a particularly good group there. I know they dont expect anything, and I also know you appreciate them for NOT only their work, but also for being part of all of this and your extended family. I just think a little something for each of them, would let them know you are thinking of them and how much you and MACY both appreciate all that they do and who they are as individuals. You dont have to do this, and heck you might have already. But maybe set it up as a scavenger hunt race for a surprise and have them wear cameras all over the lot and make it an episode. Obviously at the end, you, Macy, and Little Sheew, can present them with their gifts. @FLAIR , I know I dont know you personally, but you truly are an amazing man and someone I look up too, and yes im older then you but still lol. You have very admirable qualities, and each time you post a video, I cant help but appreciate who you are and how far youve come. As a young man turned youtuber, a husband, a father, a landowner and so much more. You give me hope that this world just may turn out okay after all. Your videos put a smile on both my face and my wifes face. We often laugh and discuss your videos even days after watching them. Keep doing what you're doing, and dont ever let anyone make you stop. If you will go get some earth anchors for trailer houses and set them on all 4 corners about 10’ out from the blind then use steel cables to them with cable tensioners. It will never blow down
They make a a blind that goes on on a tree stand and I think it would be a cool video if you tested it. you can get it on Amazon. Great video keep the 🔥🔥🔥 video up.
Hey Flair let me help you out a bit...some ideas for thought.... so winter is coming you guys been in a drought so this winter all that snow your gonna plow go stock pile it in your lake so when it melts it will help fill up the lake....not bad idea no harm in trying you have a truck an dump trailer just load the snow up in the an go dump it at the lake build it up this winter hope this helps an think its a great idea to fill the lake for next year 👍 👍 👍 👍
I not trying to be a AH. Because I think you guys are learning and getting better. You should put plastic sheeting under the gravel. Especially if it's exposed to sunlight. This will help prevent weeds, grass etc. Thanks for the entertainment
I'd make that the last ladder stand you buy. Lock-on style stands are a lot easier to position and are a S-ton quieter to hunt from. At least that's been my experience

Also. There is an attractent scent called cornfused its legal in all states and makes a great attractant for the deer

It helps to have someone standing on the back side of the ladder stand on the bottom step keeps a constant weight down

Also look into planting a whiteoak grove and sawtooth oak , chesnuts , pear trees ,Apple. All these will attract deer for years to come

Flair you should get an Ozonics for deer hunting. I have had deer dead down wind at 20 years and didn’t bust

When you get the chance put some recycled asphalt to replace the loose gravel and it holds way better than gravel
I like this content it shows its not all fun and games, lots of hard work do as many as you want.

Any time I anchor a blind at my deer lease, I will attach an eye bolt to frame and then wire down to a T post as the anchor
