Looks great! I love the Verb curl cream hold, and the scent is just right, not too heavy.

I like that you use a Conair hair dryer with the diffuser that comes with it (similar to what I have) and get great results with it! Most of the other TH-camrs have Dyson hair dryers with Xtava Black Orchid diffusers, (or a Deva diffuser) which is just a little off-putting for me.

Thanks! I don't see the need! Even when my hair was much longer I still managed to get all my hair in the diffuser that comes with my conair (which I think work best)!

I would love to see your hair after using a Denham brush to define your curls

Use Fanola no yellow shampoo to get rid of brass and yellow, it's amazing.

You should try Rizzos curl cream. I love it. Smells great too. Your hair turned out great. I’m going to check out the root spray too. Mature girl problems

I just purchased the VERB curly line myself , so far I love it and the smell is so light n clean. . Purchased on sale. Your right it’s a bit pricey for curl cream. I find with any product if it works like it says it’s worth it . Also at age 60 sadly my hair is thinning 😩 So it will last me some time since I don’t need much Lol. I noticed you dry/diffuse your ends before your roots . To save hair from drying n frying down the road & time I learned a technique from Manes by Mell (TH-cam) Check her out when you have a moment. With diffuser dry roots first, they take longer to dry. After roots are dry then go and plop or Hover diffuser to dry curls. Hovering is best bc our hair has no direct touch to the heat.

Hi, yes love the VERB cream! At least it will last a while b/c as you said it's not cheap!
For me, drying my ends first works best at achieving a nicer curl. If I were to start at the root my ends would start to dry and not be in the "curl" position I want them to be in the diffuser. This way my curls get locked right away. Her texture is much different than mine so that probably works better for her type of hair but not mine. I've been doing it this way for over 25 years and my ends don't get dried out at all! I also don't follow the curly girl method. To me, heat is actually good from the diffuser. It's like getting a deep heat treatment for my hair, which I find in today's world nobody mentions anymore especially with curly hair. With the moisturizing cream in, the heat opens the cuticle allowing the cream to penetrate and my hair is moisturized from the inside out (I don't use gel often). For some reason everyone treats heat as a bad thing when it was always known to be a good thing for protecting our hair. The "bad" heat on hair are flat irons and curling irons which I rarely use. I might have to talk about this on a video, lol. I just think there is a lot of confusion when it comes to heat and hair.
