I applaud your ability to keep a straight face for nearly the whole video! Bela is undoubtedly the only character directly affected by the Creator's touch within the entire book series. Everyone else is affected by the Wheel (Ta'Varen) or the DO.
I actually really liked Bela, she had a journey from the two rivers to tarmon gaidon just like the the others and she just soldiers on even though everyone thinks shes probably not that great a horse. Also Bela's last ride is just a beautiful scene, the image of this little boy carrying the last hope of the light riding a horse that he first thought was sub par but is now riding like the wind through a battlefield with explosions and monsters all around. I just thought it was moving as heck, it teared me up, hope they do it justice in the tv series
She just kept coming back over and over like a welcome friend weaving in and out of your life. Then got more of a bad ass ending than tons of the other characters.
One need only look at the power structure of the shadow to realize Bela is the most powerful character. After all the highest rank you can achieve is "Neigh-Bliss" which is obviously the true spelling of Nae'Blis.
For real, though. Bela was a fantastic character. Honestly, one of the most impactful character ends for me. Such a brave and dedicated soul. No joke, she should become one of the Companions.
Really, think about it. The Heroes of the Horn all have horses to ride when they get summoned. We know that the horn can call animal heroes, as it does with the wolves. Clearly, hero horses bound to the Horn of Valere do exist. As well as that, remember how when Perrin tries to re-create Hopper in the world of dreams after the wolf dies, it's clearly a hollow fake with no presence inside, while the one time Egwene entered the dream in the flesh using a gateway, she imagined having Bela to ride and she noticed the dream-Bela seemed to be entirely real and alive? And she did that at night, when the real Bela would have been asleep, so it's entirely possible that was actually the real Bela's dream self?
Right?! Hahaha! I raised an eyebrow at Bela staring down the Myrdraal. But the trolloc kills at the Al'Thor farm gave me serious pause. (Must admit, if Nae'Blis had said 5.. might have still had me, hehehe.)

I am not kidding when I say that of all the character deaths throughout the season Bella's was the only one that made me actually cry. A genuine tearful cry. I was so upset that I threw the book down and screamed "NOooo! They cant do this!" Mind you I was in a room with my brother and his wife and 4 children when I threw this tantrum and everyone just stared at me like a lunatic. I defiantly returned their looks and wiped the tears away from my face with as much dignity as I could muster. I then informed them that Bella was dead. Which changed there stares to concern and bewilderment(strange because none of them had read the series) I mournfully stood gathered my book from where I had thrown it and walked out of the room to compose myself enough to resume reading. Once alone I reread the scene a dozen or so times in disbelief hoping the words on the page would somehow change. When they did not I set the book down and was unable to continue for several hours until I was calm enough to trudge on.
Bravo! I appreciate the depth of knowledge and insight you're bringing to your commentary on the story. I began reading the books in the 90's before Winter's Heart. I wish your channel was around then but I'm still enjoying your vids very much now.

Actually, this may not be too far from the truth. The symbolism of bela physically turning the wheel time shouldn't be overlooked. She basically is the vessel for the will of the pattern.
