Prateek bhai ek question- if we rent out a property then owner gives it to us for staying. Mostly owner won't allow that you are using their property for short term rental. How to deal with this?
You need to verbally align with the Landlord about "Sub-leasing" and get the same mentioned in the rental agreement you sign with the landlord.

Totally loved it … as you mentioned STR of metro cities …so many times it is not very difficult to run BNB services in big cities like Delhi, mumbai, goa, udaipur etc.
I jst want to know how to rent out property or monetize property in small cities like gwalior, jabalpur, etc.

Bhai aap homezop ke through flats str ke liye lease nhi krte? In the sense Jo pura process h, finding the flat, interior deco etc. can be done by homezop and you can take a one time fee. Then the person can take it forward from there i.e taking care of maintenance, marketing etc
