Bro, people always ask me where I learned how to work on my 70 Chevelle and I tell them, I learned it all on youtube, specifically your channel! Looking forward to more videos!
Thank you, your videos are helping me with my 70' GS. Your attention to detail and fully showing your work is better than anything else I can find. I hope to see it farther along, but I know how it goes with having other vehicles to maintain, and of course a tight budget. Some videos they throw thousands of dollars around like it's no big deal, but I like your style, very good work, best you can DIY, don't have to be perfect.👍
Thanks chris your videos have helped me tremendously on my chevelle reassembly, there is no one else that puts things step by step details, keep doing it broskie, stay blessed.
Keep it up Chris! I’ve had my 68 since 1976 as a small block. You’ve inspired me to make it a big block. I put the 12 bolt and th400 in back then when I built the 327. I really enjoy your appreciation for important details and no nonsense. You make it fun to watch. Don’t get to upset. Oops that makes me a hypocrite. Please keep up the good work. Thanks again.
Thanks Chris I have been following your vids while rebuilding my own Chevelle and it has helped me so much, I appreciate your honest presentation of this rebuild and whenever I need a little motivation I watch your front suspension install (SPC fully adjustable upper control arm chevelle install and how to DIY) especially the part about gettin off your ass and doing it. Perhaps when my Chevelle is finished I can send you a pic. But will be watching all that you post.
Your videos are great man. I have been working on my chevelle since 2009. You have no idea how much your wiring videos helped me. Unfortunately I blew a rod bearing so its without power. But it's really close. Good luck with your paint booth!
Good looking chevelle. I'm building my 67 chevelle. In middle of a engine rebuild now. Small block 350. Just got done with metal work. Bodywork in final prime. I know how long it takes. I've been 12 yrs so far.
Nice to see the Chevelle again and Chris miss you doing videos on it great truck I know your daughter loves it keep being a great dad not too many of us out there
Thanks Chris, for all your videos. They have helped me tremendously on my '70 El Camino. I'm taking a plain Jane El Camino (307 w/ Turbo 350) and am putting in a 454 w/4-speed (BW Super T10). My 454 is about ready to put in, and I just ordered a rear end. I seriously doubt my 8.2" 10 bolt would take much thrashing from the 454 so not being a purist, I went with a 9" Ford from Quick Performance. Thanks again!!!
Are we going to see videos of the next stages of the Chevelle build? I have gone through your library and found it incredibly helpful... Thank you for sharing your knowlege, tchniques, and perspective on building this car.
Wow, great videos and nice car. I’m restoring a 63 Chevy ii, and your videos are super helpful. Thanks for all your posts and congrats on your Chevelle
Get to work! Love ya car! Mine is a long way off because body is on rotisserie right now I’ve boxed the frame and extra bracing because I notched the frame for big rubber and a nine inch ford Got a healthy 468 . Like the standard but my wife wants automatic and it will be 4l80e . Hearing your car run sets me on fire.keep em coming!! Thanks Bud!
looking forward to this, i learn so much for my own chevelle here in Germany. Mine is road ready but some places are messed up like wiring and stuff. Didnt build it myself
You are allowed to post Jeep videos...don't know why people are unsubscribing. It's Chris Craft not Chris Craft Chevelle. Keep up the great videos on both ends I always appreciate them!
Nice 70 Chevelle Chris. So bad a$$. Time and patience and don’t rush. Like others have said your videos have helped me tremendously in putting my Chevelle together. Btw props to you man for fixing and giving your daughter a really nice first vehicle, I’m guessing I’m not unsubscribing keep posting

Good to see chevelle again could you do a cowl induction video i have a 72 and would like to see one of your videos on it if you haven't already made one.
Would you be interested in selling your old dash after you swap it? I have a 70 convertible that has the malibu dash now and I would like to swap it. I also have a 05 Rubi Sahara. You have good taste.
@@chriscraft77022 ok thanks for all the info in your videos. Is there an actual kit to do this conversion? I’m just starting the search, or maybe I misunderstood what I saw.
for fuckin real, i was pretty proud of how tits mine was looking, hadnt painted yet but the little bit of bondo id done on it was primered and invisible, looked factory straight, and... i WATCHED with my eyes, the night a goddamn cypress tree buried the whole thing... uh, yeah, kick in the guts, but really the trunk lid was the only dent...i can stare at that thing pissed for hours, though, when really, i just gotta find me a new lego part. (well, not "new"... ive heard of nightmares, and cant imagine myself a "suprise!" aftermarket lid looking and fitting on my '70 mali like...like it would if it was made in 1970. ive heard skylarks are the same trunk... while looking around...but heck, it'd be an honor to use the one ive watched on youtube a bunch of times... how much$?
What size wheels are those? Nice chevy im fixn my chevy up 2 63 impala 1st car i bought when i was 16 im 40 now long process floors where rotted out now working on trunk pan look me up on my channel
Hey bud what part of Houston are you at? Let’s meet up sometime! I got a 67 SS and don’t know many locals my age with classics haha. Holler on IG or Facebook.

Heh Chris - I’m a Chevelle guy also. Watched your door assembly video - good stuff! Looking for help - I have several Chevelles that have been sitting for over twenty years. I have a problem know... the doors won open and I cNt get inside. Any thoughts on what I can do? A few cars I can crawl through an open window and get to latch from the inside. Not having luck either way. I would say that the latch itself won’t retract due to corrosion. No they are not locked. Any help would be appreciated. I’m on FB (messenger or email is wrwd3@yahoo Thanks 😎
of course you spray the mechanism with PB blast.. do it from the inside.. you may have to take back glass out or whatever to get in.. hold the door lever open with channel locks and kick it outward as hard as you can right in the center where the latch is.. thats how ive opened many stuck doors..
naw, im on the rust coast of california been parked in Cambria, its in slo county so between you and the mailman, id basically have to buy it twice funny though, i thinkTexas was where the last "real life" one i was ebay looking at was at

Chris. How were the lower inner and outer cowl panels on your car? They are usually rotted badly because of the design.
the car had no rust anywhere on the cowl or rocker area
Do you work on other people's cars? Body work?
Nice to see some one from tx

@@chriscraft77022 ok thanks for all the info in your videos. Is there an actual kit to do this conversion? I’m just starting the search, or maybe I misunderstood what I saw.
@June Petr yes.. like $2000… you will also need a new under dash wiring harness and the under hood harness has to be re wired to match
@@chriscraft77022 I thank you
This is one cool car man👍
Bro what’s up with the El Camino
Looks good bro
I thought your chevelle was red bro? What am i missing?

Hey Chris I really enjoy all your videos, if you want to sell that dash I would be interested.

you need the trunk lid? you can have it if you are in Houston.. it’s not perfect.. may need more block sanding.. for free if you want it
Good job
That is sweet! I would throw windows in that and daily the fuck outta that just like it is
When will you do the paint job? Jeep and Datsun cars eating up time. Muscle car needs to return!
im trying to get a paint booth set up so i can paint them all
For sale??
hope all is well. 35 is too young for a midlife crisis. I wouldnt worry about touching up the dash, not like your trying to make it factory perfect.
So I take it you never got it done?
What size wheels are those? Nice chevy im fixn my chevy up 2 63 impala 1st car i bought when i was 16 im 40 now long process floors where rotted out now working on trunk pan look me up on my channel

dude, i want yer lid
are you in Houston?
naw, im on the rust coast of california
been parked in Cambria, its in slo county
so between you and the mailman, id basically have to buy it twice
funny though, i thinkTexas was where the last "real life" one i was ebay looking at was at
I’ll give you 500 for the trunk and hood whenever you’re ready to sell
are you in Houston TX?
Chris Craft Im in El Paso but I’ll go for them lol
I bought a new hood and trunk for around that price.. just buy new ones .. you don’t want these..
Chris Craft just wanted a road trip excuse lol. Are you running 20x8s all around ? If so can you go even lower than your current height
if you go lower you can’t drive it ( you could but it would be stupid )
35 is too young for middle life crises.
