So what is the aim or purpose of these press conference. The judgement is straight and plain. The river state judgement has been voided. The legislative member return to original position and every decision taken by the 4 member is voided as well. Very simple
This judgement has nothing to do with party. Infant is because governors do influence their state own court to pass judgement in their favor that's why thst jurisdiction was taken to appeal court. As you can see, the state Court judgement was not fair but that is talk for another. The appeal court only said the state court does not have the right to see to that case which means every of their decisions is money and voided
River state is not like any state in Nigeria. If the court takes side, that state will be set on fire.

When did it become the duty of law makers to interprete law. The appeal court ruled that the state high Court does not have jurisdiction to entertain the issue in the first place. What is Ikenga's locus in this. He is neither the appellant nor the respondent.

He was saying there was no court judgment anywhere. He had forgotten that it was the FHC @Justice Omotosho that first ruled on that matter. By the time the NJC finishes with the useless high court judge, that granted that kangaroo injunction, he would realize that he is on his own.
