Good info...But i have some things that i need to point out...1.There is no Artificial protein..Whey is just a byproduct of milk..so processed milk/refined milk can be the correct term 2.Protein powder is not a must for bodybuilding..but the convenience is what attracts people 3.Eating protein powder from a reputable company with 3rd party testing for heavy metals and adulterants is totally safe 4.Eating protein simply will not maintain muscle mass in older people..activity/resistant exercise is needed for this protein to be used in muscle synthesis
As per ICMR NIN guidelines 2024.... consumption of high protein daily in the form of protein powder is not advisable as this may lead to certain non communicable diseases like kidney problems especially formation of renal stones....
Eat whatever you want, make sure you sweat for a day. Eat whatever you want but in limit. This advice is only for the lazy people. Eat like a king 👑 . Work like a slave. Thank you.
