Congratulations, stunning model of a really cool carrier, I love the chimneys and the masts on the side. I will get those anti-shell ropes and I also found mantelets (rolled mattresses) - Ocean Spirit H045 1/700 IJN Protective Sandbags. (I'm trying to resin print them, still a work in progress) Thank you, 👍
Resin printing can print quite nicely, from what I've heard. But I also heard that it is not so easy. I also heard that it's not so easy to clean up. I hope it works out for you. When I make the mantlet, I use a 0.5mm round plastic rod.
@@tanakahobby Hi, Resin printing works well for organics shapes, but it's really hard to get something like a cube straight, and the placement of the support can be tricky and not easy to sand, or I need to get better at it... Your way with 0.5mm rod is probably the way to go. I'm just thinking that perhaps a thin electric wire with the plastic insulation cut and spaced, with a good coat of paint on it could work... Greetings from California, Yves.
Such an attention to the details. It's amazing... Japanese modellers are top notch in warship modelling. And let me point out a little fault in translation, Type 0s were called Fighters and Type 97s are called Attackers as for translation from Japanese Navy terminology. USN calls them torpedo bombers but I'm sure IJN called them carrier-borne attack aircraft. Anyway, congratulations sensei!
@@tanakahobby please don't get me wrong, I have seen your comment about translate in one of previous videos and I just wanted to help. No need to apologise :)
Wonderful work, amazing detail! thanks for sharing.

Hi, where can I buy the photo etch?
I don't know if it supports overseas shipping, but this product.
