    The muscle doesn't hurt due to "lactic acid burn". It hurts due to microtears in the muscle fibers. I was using this to review for my physiology exam but this is just blatantly wrong.

      calcium kalium+ H+ en free radicals play also a role in hurting but yes lactate is not an acid but instead a energy source.

    I need it more simple. 1) Do this, 2) do this 3) do this and your body will use fat for fuel. Somebody dumb it down for me please

      Do low intensity steady state cardio(LISS) for longer period of time as it will use stored fats for energy. Preferable early morning empty stomach because you'll be carb depleted and also have low insulin levels(High insulin levels stops fats cells from releasing energy to use)

    Explane us more details about Aerobic biochemical process please. Exercises, sets, durations of sets, weights or without weights. I know that aerobical biochemical process switchs on after the 3th minutes from the beginning of the set, minimum 3 minutes duration of the set without any interruption switch on the body fat as fuel. Thanks.

    I am confused about what’s better to use on aerobic activities is the ketosis state or glucose? Or if I am lifting weights fat anaerobic or aerobics?

      Your body is always using glucose for energy production. Look up gluconeogenesis. It’s the reaction in the body for when you don’t have enough glucose/glycogen to produce glucose, so the body uses other resources to produce glucose.

    Your body uses carbs when you feed your body carbs because essentially your body has no choice. Carbs are reactive and inflammatory so they have to be dealt with first. There is are reason your body doesn't store intact carbs, but instead converts it to fat which is what it prefers. I do have glucose in my cupboard though to help me break my next fast safely.

    why these beautiful people start to read books? damn it!

    The end made zero, if you need carbs for anaerobic exercise, how are you supposed to do that if you’re not eating carbs at all?

    so keto is good for both aero bics and anaerobics training ? im a bit confused

    So walking > weights?

  • @AdventVFX
    @AdventVFX 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

    So burning fat is actually easy as long as you go on less demanding activities like walking cause your oxygen intake can keep up with the body needing it to burn fat and not eating more than you need to.
