- As we make progress putting the #Godfather Monte Carlo back together, we’ve run into a few issues. Nothing major, but these little setbacks we have had may help YOU in the future with your build!
We are installing TRZ Tubular Upper and Lower Control Arms, and billet aluminum spindles up front!
And, after swapping from stock vacuum power brakes to manual Strange Engineering Evolution 4 Disc Brakes, we’ve found a few little tips that will drastically reduce your down time and frustration.

As Bill shares about the relationship between he and his brother we're not forgetting how valuable Uncle Bucko is to all the Hoskinson family. He's his Dad's right hand man helping with all the challenges the farm presents and still finds time for his brother and his nephews when they need him. Underneath that onery exterior is a heart as big as Ohio. 🙂

I just watched Tony Angelo and the Stay Tuned channel indexing the bell housing to make sure the transmission is lined up perfectly. I also didn't realize how important that is, but it makes perfect sense!

I cannot recall the name of uncle bucko's channel. Even with a new channel being added to the family, its still not going to be enough for us greedy fans! Lol. That has got to be mind blowing for this typical american family in ohio that is anything but typical to us. I attribute it all to Ms. Vicky. Bill, I looked up how many 1978 Monte Carlos came from the factory with a four speed and the numbers stated that only SEVENTY FOUR were made! I’d say that you have quite a rare example there!
