Very helpful video I’m new to mma I started training in wudang martial arts so we do Chinese kickboxing and Chinese grappling takedowns similar to bjj
Didn’t know where to start as far as gloves go, definitely considering these

I'd love to have someone, ANYONE!, review the MK1 hybrid mma gloves. They're growing quickly in the boxing world and the MMA gloves look great! Zero info out there on them so I'm reluctant to buy them.

Great review, may I ask if these gloves should be worn with hand wraps?

    • @combat_corp

So the whole thing with handwraps I've found is that it is entirely up to you. I wear them with and without wraps sometimes. I prefer anything with wraps for overall better support

What mma gloves would you recommend for mainly heavy bag use? And do I have to 1 size up for the glove if I'm wearing quick wraps? I had a few mma gloves but the padding don't last long and stitches break apart after a few months
PS: Im not looking to grapple, just prefer mma gloves because its more convenient to touch stuff without removing the glove and it also dries easier than regular boxing glove

    • @combat_corp

For purley sparring, the Isami gloves are the best mma sparring glove I think. But for the best overall training glove, Hayabusa for sure. You can do everything with these.

    Hi 👋
    I'd really appreciate some advice.
I'm starting boxing classes to get fit, only pad work and sparring.
Should I be getting powerlock gloves or regular training gloves?
And what are the pros and cons of the powerlock gloves?
I need to go with everlast because of affordability.

    • @monothemonkey
      @monothemonkey 2 ปีที่แล้ว

Try the venum impacts if ur willing to get power locks, cheaper and just good for training

hi bro, the hayabusa have good wrist support? When I started training I hit the bags with all my strength, a big mistake, now I hit with less power, my knuckles are unharmed, I suffered more with my wrists, does the double velcro really work? thx

@@combat_corp Just a suggestion for more content, but reviewing wraps would be a cool thing to do. Obviously they're very simple, but all wraps have their various nuances such as being thick/thin, having a better velcro, different stretch, ect. I've bought like 5 different wraps are they're all different enough for me to categorize, but I had to buy em. I don't know if its enough content for 1 wrap per video as it seems you train with your equipment for a long enough to give a decent review, but I feel like there isn't enough information on wraps you seem to be the best guys who could make videos on that.
