The video was very good, I really liked it, I left a like to help
I love corporate greed. I love when a few greedy bastards ruin the world for the rest of us. It's so awesome that we have to deal with this all the time.
Keep this in mind, HE WAS TOO GREEDY FOR EA
I bet that before 1st Jan 2024 they will revert that but the reputation is already tarnished
The cult of lamb thing was apparently a joke but also fuck unity's ceo
2:11 yeah it is bs, they are driving a line there"demos are not subjected to it but early accsses games are" 90% sure they plan to be like"well do to atempted abuse we will now mark demo games that are bigger as early access"
Cult of the Lamb's developer said they were joking, and were surprised people believed them. lol They aren't removing the game.
and because of that joke a lot of people got scared and took action that made Unity retract their statement. The usefulness outweights their intention
@@FarEastSanctuary I'm not sure why you are saying that? Not like anything I said talks about that or contradicts your claim.
@@XoADREADNOUGHT you said it like it contradicts with the message of the video, people lost their hopes in unity and they are uncertain with the future. My bad if I misunderstood your comment
@@FarEastSanctuary In what way does my comment contradict with the "message of the video". I pointed out one comment was mistaken, about a studios removing their game from sale. You are the king/queen of impressive straw mans, coming in with arguments that no one even came close to making, and then valiantly beating down the arguments that never even existed...
@@XoADREADNOUGHT no need to be this aggressive, I just pointed my reason, we can move on.
We love capitalism baby. why do we have to create new values if 90% of smartphone games are made using unity
Well, it's better than Communism. Where you get one game only, and it is instructions on how to be a good Communist. And if you complain, you go to the gulag and disappear. So I will take capitalism, which gives an incentive for people to do better work if the public stops giving bad companies their money!
@@XoADREADNOUGHT instead of falling for extremisms, how about a regulated capitalism with income based tax and with socialist policies like those countries in the north, where, mind you, people have a higher living standard and are much more happier. Also, I'm not going to defend China in any way, but have you seen how many not even communist propaganda focus games come out of them, azur lane, genshin, girls frontline, naraka etc and how many games from outside that focus on how communists are the villains because they can't come up with any other faction and they are very swallow in their commentaries against them like in Call of Duty, Battlefield, it really makes you think which one is obsessive here.
@@FarEastSanctuary Yes, unregulated capitalism is about as awful as communism. There needs to be regulations and sane, rational restrictions. Though the resulting system will want to lean clearly more towards capitalism than socialism in its approach to ownership and freedoms.
@@XoADREADNOUGHT but the capitalism led us to this position, why not lean more towards socialism. You know, happier people are more willing to do more good and better work than sad and overburden individuals, just look at the overworked Japanese people and their economy. You need people to have ownership, freedom and facilities rather than corporations to have ownership and freedom
