    The ballon payment in the Philippines is extremely risky if you aren't going to have the cash. Interest rates are around 9.5% with a 10 year fully amortized loan if you qualify

    That's about 211,000/sqm? Too pricey for avida development.

    with a budget of 25k per sqm , what's the best subdivision to live within or near nuvali ?

      The average price of lots in the area of Nuvali is at ₱50k per sqm but there is a subdivision called Morningfields at Carmeltown. It’s not within Nuvali but just beside the estate development with a price of only ₱27.5k per sqm as of the moment :)

      Because the land was formerly owned by the family of YULO kaya for the meantime yan muna ang tawag sa kanya but nothing is final yet. Pasensya ka na a ☺️
