I think he got slower because he stopped using his powers in between the events of this and the first game, he was much faster in the first game, his super move was proof of that

that is the classic problem with time travel, once it's introduced then why not use it to solve all your problems, cos you easily can. And it's why I think stories should avoid it at all costs (unless it's a specific time travel story like back to the future of course)

I know Deadshot is the best marksman and all but how can he shoot a man running at super speed
1 year later but realistically he would have to aim his gun above Flash, thus Flash would run into the bullet.
There could be two reasons for that, number one is that Barry hadn't use his powers a long time and number two Deadshot's weapons were upgraded
