@davidcastro8805 hope you get yours soon. Ordered mine in june and just got an email today saying i won't get it till the end of September even though i was told I'd get it this month
@@jakobchaney6819 I have had mine for a while now. But I was part of the very first shipment. Had waited for my order about 6 months. Now this should be faster tho
An absolute masterpiece in design! The power on paper and from what others say sounds exciting! Wish i could drive/fit test this bike IRL. This will be my first ebike purchase. Looking to use it as my daily commuter and weekend cruiser. I'm a big guy 6'2" 280. About to drop some bills on this beauty! So please if anyone has any input or recommendations for me, let me know.
Loved This, great real world look at your bikes. I think it is one of the best high performance models out there, can't wait for mine to arrive ordered (2) for me and my Misses. Cheers peeps
1)Is the power output adjusted between the 21" and 24"? All things being equal, the 24" would have lower torque at the wheel but a higher top speed, while the 21" would have the inverse of that(more torque, lower top speed), because...physics/engineering. Unless motor output or gearing has been tuned to bring them into parity. 2) I would assume it has a torque sensor, being mid-drive, but that's quite a unique gearing/chain path, so...torque sensor? 3) Does that sweet taillight illuminate when lights are on(not just under braking)? overall a gorgeous product, very tempted...
And no dealer network yet for assistance with this new product. Lots of excited, impulsive buyers, though, ready to throw $$$ at them. I've seen this before, many times.
I like what I see, but I'm still waiting for the first critical review of this bike without it being sponsored by Ristretto, or company personnel hovering around the rider.
They have limited number of pre-production units which they keep on-site so people can stop by and test drive or to take with them to events to demo. I'm sure once they start mass production and have more units on hands, they'll be willing to send some out for review.
This is around the same price as a Super 73 RX and the Ristretto 512 destroys it in every single performance category it's embarrassing. This is the first E Moped/ebike where the price actually makes sense for what you're getting. All I have to say is I want want one haha but I'll have to save up some cash first.
do a search for Ristretto Squadra, he's posted a few video's on the specs and a video comparing their speeds. At the end of the day, there is no comparison, one is leaps and bounds better then the other and much better value. I'll leave it to you to do your own due diligence and figure out which one is which.
I understand your disappointment with the new delay. Some things are out of my hands, we are doing our best to ensure the highest quality. We expect delivery in January.
DONT BUY SUPER 73!!! Their frames SNAP! Their quality is horrible!! ITS ALL “BRAND HYPE”!!! this ristretto 512 is the best thing I’ve seen for e-bikes in a LOOOONG TIME.
@@dexgray4581 Ya I've been trying to buy a bloody tire for my RX from them for 6 months and can't get it . I got the back but cant buy the front grizly tire anywhere . At least that ships to Canada. I just bought (per ordered ) this bike after waiting to get my bandit x trail pro for 6 months and it never materialized. This has been such a depressing process . Hopefully these guys don't pull a bandit on me and don't deliver
the dealbreaker for me is that for a 4k+ price i expect a 60v and this is a 54v which make me leans toward the talaria/surron or wait for the lyric grafiti X
I don't have hands on experience with the 512 but since it is mid-drive and the large battery is center mounted that makes for a better balanced bike than hub motor ebikes. There's no hub motor in the wheels to effect the weight meaning the shocks that come stock on this bike will perform quite well. The front fork and rear shocks are all DNM suspension components which are commonly used as entry/mid tier downhill mountain bike suspension, so it should fair much better than 97% of all other higher end ebikes of this "cafe" style currently on the market. Bottom line, it's not recommended or intended to be an off-road machine but it'll definitely hold it's own and not fall apart or bottom out easily.
@@zadraking Only thing I would disagree with you on is that it is 100% advertised on their website home page as a more than capable off-road ebike. Now, how accurate that is, we have yet to see. BUT Chris does have a vid up with them riding it on a dirt track. Hopefully it holds up nicely but only time will tell

@@manasseh7 I've really been eyeing the A20 or a Surron myself. If this gets pushed to Jan 2024 I'll already have a Surron by then. No way I can wait 2+ more months. Im sorry i dont like this design of the Ristretto 512. I think the old design 303 bike looks better to me. All they did was follow every other ebike company design.
