if there is a small gap between the inner fiber layer and the analox body on one end how can it be re-glued.... is this small gap affect much o the quality of printing i appreciate much your reply
steel is hard enough to remove ink and contaminants from the anilox cells, but is soft enough to not wear out the ceramic structure of the anilox surface
How could we use stainless steel brush which is a hard material i believe that could scratch rolls. What kind of steel brush do you recommend could you pm a link. Is it possible to use high pressure "120- 150 bar for car cleaning" water jet to clean anilox rolls.
I am surprised that this video does not encourage the use of roll covers to reduce impact damage. If interested in reducing the amount of impact damage to your rolls, contact either Pamarco or Andy's Roll Covers.
