Can this be used in hot weather areas. My chocolate decorations doesn't Stay hard unless I keep in ac room. Is there a way to use in room temperature in hot areas or chocolate decorations isn't for such weathers?
If the decorations are not made with the correct thickness they do tend to melt in the warm weather May I know which Chocolate r u using. I hope u r not adding anything to the melted chocolate.

It's stays hard in the AC room for days, but melts within a few mins if I take out of the cold room. My kitchen is really hot it's really difficult to work with things like whipping cream also.
If u can get oil or gel based colours pls use those. I used liquid food colours just a drop or 2 . It’s a trick I’ve learnt so sharing. If the chocolate gets a bit hard that means you have put too much colour. Difficult to fix but can try n put a lil bit of oil n mix well.
Its beautiful... which gold n bronze colours u used??? N the method to put shards on cake can also be used on whipped cream cake??? As i made choclate feathers some day ago n i got difficulty on putting them on cake

No that's fine. Did u add anything like liquid in the chocolate. If not then try making the shard a bit thicker . If it's too thin it will break.

Use oil based colours for chocolates.. dnt use water based colours .
It’s a trick I learnt . If u use just a drop or two the chocolate doesn’t seize or get hard.
