Very informative, thank you for sharing. I learned that i had pcos about 15 years ago, unfotubatelly the doctors dont take the time to explain how it affects you in all areas. I am now 30yrs old and i am learning to deal and live with the symptoms but i believe i lost a lot of time for not having the right information. So thank you fir sharing this video it has helped to put all the pieces together in to a bigger picture.
+iris martinez Your welcome, I am glad I could clarify things for you. And I hope all the current and future doctors reading your post realize the importance of spending time to explain everything to patients, not matter how busy they are.
Many thanks, I have been researching "how do you know you have polycystic ovaries?" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Ponandon Incredible Principality - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? It is a smashing one of a kind guide for discovering how to expel your ovarian cysts for good minus the normal expense. Ive heard some super things about it and my friend got excellent success with it.
This video is so detailed. I am even amused by the content. I have been suffering from PCOS long enough and I can say that today it has been simply explained to me. However I had to go for medication in Kiev, Ukraine. OI ma now controlling it and a proud mother too. There are a lot of different signs and symptoms women with PCOS experience and a lot of them overlap with other medical conditions. PCOS is really a condition of exclusion to get to the diagnosis. It’s important to get diagnosed with PCOS as soon as possible. While the above symptoms may or not mean you have it, it’s important to get it ruled out. Early detection and treatment of PCOS can make a big difference in protecting your short- and long-term health. With the right diagnosis and treatment, you can then take the proper steps to manage PCOS and live very well.
Honestly your story is touching. I have also been through PCOS before I went for medical attention in Bio tex clinic. Often referred to as a silent disorder. It’s one of the most common hormonal disorders in women. While few women are aware of this disorder or what PCOS symptoms look like. PCOS is believed to be responsible for as much as 70 percent of infertility issues in women! Meanwhile, it’s associated with an increased risk for developing several medical risks. These include insulin resistance, type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure and heart disease. And if it runs in your family. Then you may be at a higher risk of developing this condition. The good news is there are many natural ways to treat PCOS symptoms. And it starts with doing everything you can to balance hormones naturally.
Premature Ovarian Failure presents with high FSH and LH, but low E, as the ovaries are unresponsive. Otherwise, great video. I hope you end up in education in one way or another.
Hey there, I don't know if you went through Tilly Strankten's website? It's revealing in the sense that it doesn't matter how advanced your cysts are, there's a simple approach you can use today to make them fade away within 60 days or less. It may not be for everyone, but if you're curious google her.
+kiran babiie With normal menses and no cysts in the ovaries it is highly unlikely you have PCOS. Facial Hair or hirsutism has many other causes as well. Most often there is no underlying medical cause for it, it is just due to your particular genetics.
Can you have a high lh and not have pcos? I was diagnosed without an ultrasound because my ovarian hormones were a 3:1 ratio, no menstrual cycle for 7 months, and acne after coming off the pill seasonique. I have a healthy weight, exercise routine, and am vegan and feel like there is something else going on and I'm always exhausted because I can't sleep.
You’re right, feeling how it began to shrink and eventually disappear within 2 months was so liberating. I followed the steps I mentioned, and within the first 2 weeks the bloating was gone. I simply go'ogled Tilly Strankten's Ovarian Cyst Guide and it's like I hit the feel-good reset button lol.

Hey if I only have facial hair and have a regular period and no cyst on the ovaries does this mean I have pcos ?

+the study spot thank you so much how can I know for sure that I don't have ? Who do I have to go see ?
See a gynecologist. They can run all the necessary test to discover if there is any underlying cause.
No,
Mostly it’s a constitutional, meaning that it’s in your genes without having any medical problems
Does PCOS cause high igf-1?
