Get a DJI action camera, with DJI wireless Mics. The camera has a built in gain control, and will sync to the cameras audio. Whereas if you got an external microphone, and recorded audio seperately you would have to sync the audio with video in post-production. Adjust gain settings, and see how it comes out man.
I follow you on Instagram and I just realised you don't have mirrors on your bike. I'm a biker chic and would never not have mirrors but I'm curious to know why you don't and how you find it. It's interesting for sure.
